Great customer service

I've been a customer for several years and they always accommodate me by driving me back home, as a disabled driver I really appreciate that.

My wife came in for a roadworthy and was informed that the tyre tread depth was to low and wouldnt pass. That we would require 2 new tyres at $500 each.
At that point we took the vehicle to 2 different tyre shops to obtain new tyres, at which point they informed us that the tyres were fine. The price also quoted was less than $240 for each tyre.
We still replaced the tyres so we could return to mycar tyre and auto to complete the registration.
We tried to support our local business but I feel you have tried to take advantage of us, firstly by saying tyres needing replacement when they didnt and then trying to charge a hefty price for tyre replacement.
dont count on any return visits in future after this experience.

I dropped my car off at 8am on 10th July for a service and was assured that I would have it back in a few hours I got it back at 3pm, as last week I had my other car there and I got it back 3 whole days later then they told me
I was hopeful they would have my car ready promptly for me after last weeks issue but unfortunately they didn’t.
I’ll be very hesitant to return now

Rear brakes needed replacing plus service and rego check Dustan explained what work had to be done all work was completed very happy with the service and payment was fair overall a very professional business.

The people at this mechanical workshop are pleasant,
professional and extremely accommodating.
I own a holden cruze with all the usual gremlins and
the team at My Car St Clair help rectify these issues.
You must be prepared to book early as they are always busy which should tell you something about these guys.
Would not hesitate to recommend this workshop.

Easy to deal with

Booking was easy, service was quick and the team members was very friendly and professional

Dustin and his team went above and beyond to assist me last week when what was supposed to be a routine tyre replacement became a series of unfortunate events!
What could have easily been a customer's worst nightmare was anything but thanks to the honest and regular communication from Dustin... from tyres not being delivered on time (supplier issue NOT the store) to finding more unexpected urgent repairs that were required as a matter of safety. These guys understood my need to have my car returned timely and within as close to budget as possible with having a young family, and physically drove to locate the required parts in order to achieve this for me.
When I picked up my car it was almost half an hour past closing on a Friday night and not one of the staff were complaining or rude about it... they were truly empathetic and understanding of the potential stress this may have caused and were KIND about it - very refreshing to see in this industry!
Also, to top it off they were able to figure out the best price to keep me as close to the little budget I had as possible!

Dustin and team, THANKYOU for being a lovely bunch of humans, understanding of a Mum down on luck and choosing kindness over making a quick buck. I truly appreciate this, and I will be back!

(Oh, and bonus for thrifty folks - they have Flybuys!🙂)

The recent change in management seems not to have changed the high level of service .
