mycar Tyre & Auto - Strathpine Avis 

A week before my service I had bought a BRAND NEW OEM spec air filter, went for my service and they told me my air filter was VERY VERY DIRTY and may need replacing soon, among a bunch of other "fixes" that may need to be done soon, after that they had told a family member that they need new tires and an alignment because they didn't know the wheels were a month old and had absolutely perfect wear so far as we had taken back to the tyre shop for a fact check and they proved everything was perfect, don't recommend as they will always say something is wrong and try to get extra money please don't go here if you want accurate reports and results.

I would never go anywhere but My Car Tyre and Auto as each visit has been met with exceptional customer service and after care.

They don't push things you dont need and their pricing is amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The staff are a lovely bunch who always explain things in a clear and concise manner. For those of us who don't know much about cars, thats a valuable part of the service.

Front desk was friendly but I was going to be chronically ripped off by the mechanics. I was told I needed a new fuel pump and sensor for $1600. I was merely out of fuel. Thank goodness I sought a second opinion. My car will never again grace the grounds of MyCar.

Work was carried out in a timely manner.

I had another pressing appointment so couldn't get the vehicle there on time. They were most sensitive to my situation.

No fuss, same day service.

Went in for a tyre patch up because I had a flat. Turns out it was on the side so they just gave me a fresh new tyre for free as it was under warranty. My car was in and out in 20 minutes. Very nice lads as well.

I moved states recently, so settling in and having to find new providers for things, like car services, has been kind of daunting. It was super easy to book online. The manager, Logan, was very easy to talk to and was transparent about everything regarding the job and any extra things that needed to be attended to. Thank you! 😊

I had a blowout today, and without an appointment I just went to Mycar in Strathpine. The boys there were very accommodating and had the car with a new tyre and up and running within half an hour. I was truly grateful as I had my very ill husband in the car and was very appreciative of the kindness and quick Service. Highly recommend the boys at Strathpine Mycar!!
