Friendly, helpful quick

They are perfect but it costs high. I I go for one problem, they find some more, and price goes up.

The staff were very helpful and provided a great service. Overall was very happy with the service.

The tyres I paid for were fitted. The ride home was appalling. I checked the tyre pressure at home which should be a uniform circa 35 psi. They were all different: 47, 41, 37 & 35.
Also the wheels and tyres were filthy with some grey compound.

Good and friendly service. Positive experience. Will revisit in future for other services.

Friendly service, honest work. No unnecessary replacement of parts. Accurate and fast work. Chose to come here over the rude and dodgy Parramatta Honda service centre even though I'm still within my 5 year service period with them.

Was told the nail puncture repair would take an hour, arrive on time for my booking (2pm) only to be told it will be done by 5pm (triple the amount of time I was told).

I had made plans for the afternoon based on the information I was told, and had a non-negotiable meeting from 4-5pm, I also needed the car the following morning so waiting until the following day was not an option. I was then told that the team leave at 5.30pm sharp so would need to race back to get the car before they left for the day.

As a small business owner this put a lot of unnecessary stress and resulted in me going to Top Ryde three times that day, when it could have only been one trip. Had I been told the correct information from the start and would not have proceeded with the booking.

This is the second time I've been messed around by Top Ryde. The first time I went to change tyres, dropped the car and was walking 30 mins home only to be told they didn't had the tyres in stock and would need to wait until tomorrow. It's extremely inconvenient and the booking system between the stores and head office need to be fixed.

My pink slip was booked in and mechanic called in sick told i would get refund in 2-3 business days, been trying to call for days and no one will answer the phone. if someone can call me back so i can get my refund that would be great. Shara

Fast, reliable and honest service

Adam was nice and friendly… BUT I booked the car in for a pink slip at 9:30am (booking made weeks ago). My car didn’t actually get looked at until 10:40. I got it back at 11:20. Oh and why the inspector took it for a 20 min drive I’ve no idea. He was so slow and in no hurry. A customer should not have to wait 1hr 40mins for a pink slip. Terrible experience!!!
