Excellent service.
They were extremely busy, and apologised for being unable to complete the work by my requested pickup time. They were quite upfront, and offered either a later pickup or a rebook. I took the later pickup, and the car was ready at the quoted time. The condition report was comprehensive and options were also discussed. EXTREMELY happy with the service, communication and friendliness of the staff.

Great personal service
Couldn't be happier with the service recently at the Traralgon store. We recently had the tyres replaced on two cars, and one car had a service. But it was the friendliness of the team that impressed us most.

Helpful
Darren's friendly and helpful attitude. The team moved things around to help me out when my job went from a tyre rotation/wheel alignment to 4 new tyres. Now that Darren is back I will be returning to get regular services done as well.

My low pressure tyre warning light came…
My low pressure tyre warning light came on so I took it down to get it checked and Cody looked at it straight away and noticed a screw in my back tyre and fixed it right there and then. Many thanks Cody for your prompt service. Your an asset to your business

The mechanics were truly fantastic
The mechanics were truly fantastic. My car was totally unwell. Like a miracle your team got her back on the road with no more CLANKING 😊 two new tyres and a service later. So brilliant

Amazing service
Amazing service. We were traveling from Melbourne and had a flat tyre when in Walhalla. They kindly squeeze us in to get it done first thing in the morning after the Easter holiday even though they are busy (originally for 2:30pm). And, they honour the 12 months tyre replacement warranty ( we bought the tyres at mycar in Melbourne) and gave us a new tyre without any hassle.
I highly recommend this place. If I were a local, I would definitely be their loyal customer.
