Failing the RWC without inspecting the car
I went for an RWC, and even before handling the car, which I was confident would pass the inspection, I was advised by the manager that they would find something to make it fail. In the end, they mentioned they had to replace 2 shock absorbers that, of course, they had in stock at a higher price than other places. I won't do anything else again with that company.

Excellent service
Great service and notified if anything else had to be completed - required a wheel alignment so went ahead and vehicle was ready for pick up quite qhickly - absolutely nothing to fault.

Again to find the same care and professionalism as in my original visit. And to correct that it has been Murray who I have been dealing with (not Cliff). And the car feels great!

Can’t fault the work or customer service
Always do a top job, give feedback on the vehicle and the work that’s been done. Will keep bringing my vehicles here for servicing, tyres and maintenance.

Consistently excellent.
Availability, price and service are always consistently excellent. And they know what they are doing. Murry advised me of a warranty issue I had know idea about which could save me much drama.
