Beyond frustrated. Forced to wait despite pre-booking to ensure a work ute for my business. They acknowledged the issues but claimed they couldn't fix it that week due to being full. I waited, and they finally completed the work on 12/08.

To add insult to injury, my car came back with no oil and a major leak. The fact that they left me without proper communication and a functional vehicle after all this waiting is mind-boggling.

This experience has shattered my trust as a loyal customer. It's unbelievable how little they seem to care about my time, my business, and my vehicle's condition.

Mark was helpful with our booking and gave us positive advice so we could make a good decision.

So professional, easy to deal with

Poor communication at booking in. No works entered into service manual after service. Once queried was informed it's not included l. $1200 spent, and would not have done so had I known this was not recorded in a log book. Failed to answer if vehicle was safe to drive after noting comments made. Failed to inspect reserve tyre in boot as was required with poor excuse 'too many items in boot to get to spare'. There were 2 removable drawers a 10yo could remove:)

Recently we needed some repairs for registration. Wanneroo Mycar wrkshop was accomodating n transparent with quote. Good friendly service and awesome to deal with. MYCar completed repairs and we got our car back on road again. Best part is MyCar worked off list from vehicle inspection and fixed 95% of isssues which was so convenient for us. Thanks again. Highly recommend for general repairs n specialised work.

They done good job and good fixed and good for look after.

I had an urgent issue, rang MyCar & they were very helpful and positive, said: "bring the car in today, we'll have a look". They sorted the issue that day, plus did a service, and both staff members I spoke to communicated well. Did a good job. :-)
