Michael is great. Talks through what is needed and what is not at a service and provides prices before works commence. Always find it any easy experience where other service places are not as good.

My Car Wanniassa were amazing. Within a week of making initial contact with them as a result of an ongoing issue which just was not being resolved through the car dealership, the My Car Wanniassa crew had diagnosed, fixed and had my car fit for the road after almost 2 months of trying to get it sorted through the dealership. We are very appreciative and their customer service was excellent!

The owner Michael is very friendly. He's very thorough explaining any extra work required on your car, he runs through the whole invoice making sure you understand what you are paying for. The prices are very reasonable and the work done on my car is exceptional. I've been here a few times now and this is the only place I will take my car for all future work.

My car was serviced and I have to trust they have done a good job.
They advised that there were extra things needed to be done.
This was the same experience when my other car was serviced a few weeks ago.
Today I needed one tyre replaced and it was suggested that I replace all 4 tyres even though they were all legally safe.
I now firmly believe I am being played and you are upselling.
I am 72 and a pensioner. I will be looking for a small mechanic business with personal consideration given to customers.

First of all it was the promotion that got my attention ($100 off the log book service fee). I find that the service manager is competent in his role. He provides relevant information for me to make an informed decision. Good customer service.

Michael has always offered exceptional services every time we need the car serviced, new tyres, wheel alignment, etc. He's our go to mechanic for a few years now and that's how reliable & trustworthy he is.
He wouldn't try to up-sell and he would be honest with any repairs needed.
