The staff said there was a screw in the wall of my tyre, which was unfixable!
They also said I need a full set of new tyres after only doing 50k.
What rubbish because I had the tyre fixed at another agency - it having a nail in the tread and still have at least another 50k in the tyres!!!!
I wonder if my car was even checked or upselling is a ploy used by staff as an older lady was being “pressured” into buying a new set for her car!!!
My son also had a similar experience late in 2024.
I will not return and do all in my power to encourage others NOT to use the Werribee outlet.

.my car Werribee. -first time never again when I handed over the keys over JWILSO61 he informed me that he had a list of repairs for my car then I told him what list he said it will be fine left car then when I got home I get at a phone call from my car stating has split in control arm cost a $1000 to repair my father heard this and said just a service please when I went to pick car up isles he to show me what needed repair he said I can’t show you now I said what about repair sheet you had then he said what repair sheet then he mocked me on the way I spoke to him. Be weary people of my car Werribee.

Took my old car in for a service, gave comprehensiive details of what needed to be done.

This place is an absolute rip off.
Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Think about that.
Car in for a service and came back with an oil leak. Took it back and tried to say it was an existing problem. Eventually said they had over tightened the sump plug and would fix the problem at their expense. Changed the sump and when we went to pick the car up said there was another problem inside the sump and to take it to the manufacturer. So, put the sump back on without telling us what the problem was. Refused to give us the defective parts. Also, man I dealt with was very aggressive and intimidating. Very disappointing as we have been there many times over the years but will never go again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HEAR!!!!

Very professional and easy to deal with. My suggestion is if there's any issue that you found on the car better to take a picture of it or video so customer would have an idea of the issue. but overall they are amazing team

When I mentioned to check for any puncture for the rear tyres it was not done
The cover below the engine was loose and one screw was not there, they could have fixed it, when they had the car up the jack,
I took the $289 service they should have fixed the engine cover and charged extra later
whats the point of going for the expensive service

Unfortunately I have my doubts about disc rotors found faulty/ scratched during RWC inspection.. I’ve personally checked all 4 wheels brakes and found then to be in good conditions..

Good service, I regularly take my car here and can trust the workmanship. The team kept me updated on completion time.

When originally booked, I selected an earlier pick up time, however when dropping my car off, they asked what the latest could be (assume they were behind/short staffed). If that is the case, a notification prior would be nice but fortunately I did not have any important appointments

Booked via website for 12pm and couldn't change it for some reason. Got a call on service day and was asked why I booked for lunch time and caller said he can do the work but it will be a “rough” job of servicing my car if i will push through (per his verbatim), either that or I will reschedule for the following day at an earlier time. I explained that I would have booked early if it was an option but he still continued to say I need to rebook because he will do a rough job. Fast forward to service day, i was informed of the faults and decided against was only to not to change tires and all the rest they can fix but when I got the car nothing was fixed.

I called to book a roadworthy inspection. I was able to speak directly with the inspector to discuss my specific needs. An issue with the vehicle was promptly communicated to me and took the time to work with me to identify a solution.
I appreciated the prompt and clear communication and service provided to me.
I recommend myCar Werribee.
