Disappointed with Mycar
I booked a full service with Mycar Wodonga on 10 September 2024, expecting professional care and peace of mind. However, just six months later, my car showed a “Min” oil warning, which shouldn’t happen so soon after a proper service.
I returned on 6 May 2025, hoping they’d check thoroughly and take responsibility. Instead, they charged me $112.90 just to “inspect oil consumption” and add more oil, but gave no clear explanation for why the oil was low so soon. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about the original issue at all.
Instead of solving the problem I came for, they pointed out a list of other unrelated problems (some of which I wasn’t even aware of), and suddenly I was being pushed to replace tyres, struts, brakes, and more. It felt more like a sales pitch than a service.
If the oil issue was missed in the September service, that’s on them — but there was no accountability, no goodwill, just another bill. I left with more questions than answers and no real fix for the oil problem I originally raised.
I no longer trust Mycar and will not be returning. Very poor service and follow-up.
