Charlie Rae started as a way to offer a handpicked selection of items that are fun and stylish, that both kids and parents will love. As a mom of boy/girl twins, I have spent a lot of time buying clothes, and I get so tired of all the character themed outfits you find at most stores. I wanted to give the option for children's clothes that even mom would want to wear, quality items at an affordable price.

I ordered a necklace from this site and have never received it. I have sent numerous emails trying to get an update and have not received an update to my order nor have I received the necklace. I do continue to receive an email wanting to know how I was enjoying my jewelry. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

This is the second time I ordered earrings and experienced delayed shipping issues. So far even though I received an email saying the earrings shipped, it’s been weeks and they have not arrived. The communication is terrible. I will not buy from them again.

Hey Adam! Do you have an order number, I cant seem to find an order with your last name anywhere! But if you paid for express shipping, I would be happy to refund you for the express shipping. If you went the free shipping route, it usually can take up to 5-6 days between packing and shipping.
