Definitely dont go for mychoize. They have a collection of old and heavily used vehicles. I had booked a car for me n my family of 4 for 3 days. The car they provided me was in a bad condition. Not properly maintained. When i asked for a replacement they said the demand is high and no other vehicle was available. The only option i had was to cancel my booking n loose money. I made a detailed video of the car. The car had lot of scratches on the body. In addition to this the chassis was in a bad condition and car used to make squeaking noises at each n every speed breaker and bump. I had returned the car before time in the same condition but they still deducted Rs. 300 for car wash. I have decided to no more go for mychoize.

Idiots worst service ever. Hidden charges,worst vehicles, bad customer service.

THEY DID PHD IN CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH UN NECESSARY TAXES.....Please don’t go for it......Worst customer service, given worst car for self drive.....Imposed additional taxes....Deducted 50% of our security deposit....

hi Guys, i did a self drive booking with mychoize for (01.12.2017), and returned back the vehicle as said to me with tank full fuel.

I paid 12549 while booking and they collected a security deposit of Rs.6000.00 and till date( 09.1.2018) despite multiple reminders over email I havent received any written reply. I haven't received the security deposit back. Cheap attitude by the company to retain caution deposit and making the call centre employees to seek apology to the customers.

Only god knows when I will be getting back the security deposit.

Why they dont have a process to check whether the caution deposit is returned back to the customer ?

Hi, I had a very bad experience with Mychoize self drive cars. I hired a car on 3rd November. And till today I have not received any detailed invoice from them. They deducted money without even notifying the reason for the deduction.

After repeated calls to your Pune office at 7447765473 I have not got any satisfactory reply. It has been more than 32 days but I am still waiting for the proper invoice with the reason for deduction.

Guys PLEASE DO NOT HIRE cars from them. I got a very dirty vehicle without music system. I have also not received any clarification regarding my complaint about the cleanliness of the vehicle. The music system was not in working condition that was notified to the Pune office immediately. but the guy named Anand said will take care of it. I have even sent them pics clicked at the same time. All in Vain.
I spoke at the head office with a floor supervisor Yogesh 2 weeks back. He assured that the problem will be resolved and he will call back. Till date no call back. I again called up last Monday only to find out that he was on a weekly off. I left a message with another associate asking him to call back next morning but they hardly care about their customers.
If there was a rating below 1 I would have given that.
It is one of the horrible experience.

Fraud! deducted my all security deposit by saying the tyre was puncture... I just wanna ask them that who takes 7000/- rupees just for the puncture... you people are such a fraud.
I want my money back.

(Bangalore) Car I booked for 5am got delivered to me around 6.30am. The overall driving experience was good. I had booked the car for September 28-29, till now my refund hadn't been credited to my account. Customer care service is just robotic. I don't understand why they take so much time to give back our money. Actually we should start charging them some bank interest for this much delayed payment. So future users beware of this security deposit refund issue, rest all is fine. I really hope I get my money fast.

The service is so poor and unacceptable there is no refund of security deposit of booking made on 20-sept-2017 till 7-oct-2017.the customer care executive always go on making fool by saying that refund will be processed within 2 days.
