We had the lower third portion of one…

We had the lower third portion of one of our MyLightMax panels malfunction (specifically, the NIR lights), and when we called to troubleshoot, Darren could not have been more responsive and helpful. After exploring a few things with us, it was determined that the panel needed to be replaced. Mychondria replaced the panel and shipped it to us promptly at no cost. We are not used to this level of customer service and are so impressed. Would recommend this company!!!

Great Panels!

I took my time researching different red light panels because this can be a really overwhelming experience for the consumer. I didn't even know quite what RLT was but I was hearing good things about this therapy in the wellness circles. I immediately stumbled upon Nick on YouTube and I found his videos most helpful and was impressed that I could send an email to Mychondria with my specific questions and get them answered with clear explanations. I also compared these panels to a “what to look for in your red light panel” list and found Mychondria either at the top of that list or surpassing the specifications mentioned. The 10 year warranty was also very attractive. So I bought the Elite setup for full body and was totally supported throughout the process. Once I was up and running, I devoted myself to 10 minutes front/back daily. I look so forward to my treatment time but heeded the “don’t overdo it” warning that most RLT groups caution about. I faithfully drink water before and after the treatment because it IS important. I came to RLT because I am in my 70’s and just needed a lift in my energy levels. ENERGY both physical and mental are the most noticeable gifts of the panels to me. I sleep better. My naps are 30 minutes instead of 3 hours. Truth! This therapy has made a significant difference in the way I feel. I am hoping after a few months that I will see improved skin tone and firmness. I will report back on that, but regardless of that outcome, the energy showed up right away and I simply feel better! Very happy with these high quality panels and the way they perform. Worth every cent and the customer service is exceptional and very important to me. I have support with all questions and Nick is very prompt and attentive.
