The whole claims process was professionally and diligently handled by for me by Jordan at the my claims centre. Progress was communicated in a timely way and I look forward to the reimbursement from the loan company anytime soon.

My experience so far has been really good from start to finish, I received an email on claiming my car finance back so I filled in my details and from there I have not had to do much more other than wait and respond to any emails that has been sent to me and the response has been great so far. Am very with my experience thanks.

I was contacted by this company yesterday

Find it very strange that they want a copy of your ID without you even signing up or understanding what you’re getting into. No fees disclosed at any point but want you to disclose all your personal information? So many red flags waving. Very pushy, told them on multiple occasions now that I don’t want to go ahead, they won’t drop it. They call you off a mobile number, what claims management company doesn’t have a head office and rings you off a mobile? All very strange.

I have come back to add to my review that despite asking this company to remove my information I’ve subsequently had another two calls, one from the manager and then another email from a member of staff. They clearly have very poor record keeping if they cannot note that someone does not want to go ahead and wants you to remove them from their system, a basic right, which to me doesn’t show much hope for them being intelligent enough to deal with your claim. I will report this company to the FCA and Ofcom if they continue to refuse my request of having my information removed and not to be contacted. Please be wary about giving your information to this company, as they abuse it and do not hold you in mind. I question the legitimacy and integrity of this company, I worked within claims management at its peak 2011, so have some understanding of the legislation these companies must follow and this company does not do that. Be very careful.

I know have a person called Joe dealing with my claim , he has been really helpful despite my review of not being to get hold of anyone. Matter sorted now and very happy with the outcome
