I contacted Catherine after seeing her product online as I was in the midst of a week of migraines…a very deliberating week!
She answered within minutes.
I opted for the multi-way eye mask with the cool and calming insert.
As my partner was in the area, she met him with the eye mask. I was so grateful- fantastic service.

I used it straightaway and I got great relief. Not only does it offer complete darkness but it’s also so comfy as the material is really soft.
I love the cooling insert too as it feels like a treatment without medication..
Looking forward to bringing it on our next flight as it automatically reduces puffiness even if you don’t have a migraine!

Just received my new eye mask and I have to say it really is that good ! Highly recommend it to anyone that just wants to relax and unwind for 30mins! I don't suffer with migraines but definitely will be using it as much as I can to unwind and listen to a good podcast! My perfect evening!

Very fast service and product arrives in lovely package. Product itself is well constructed (I purchased the original mask, no insert embellishments) and does the trick in terms of black out for those of us who need it. I do find the strap a little tight which I hoped would maybe stretch out…I’m 2 weeks in now and have adjusted to it, but would prefer if it was a touch looser. I’m a small person with an average sized head, maybe small, definitely not larger than normal…so wonder if others would find it very uncomfortable. Perhaps newer models with the inserts have improved this. That’s the only reason this is a 4 rather than 5 star review.

I recently bought this eye mask and it has been such a comfort, especially during some really bad migraine episodes. It blocks out light completely, which makes a huge difference when I need to rest, and it’s incredibly soft and comfortable to wear for long periods.

Delivery was fast and hassle-free, and the customer service was genuinely lovely — you can tell this is a small business that really cares about its customers.
