Our Zoom calls are used simply to explain the product, answer questions, and ensure everything is understood before any decision is made.

We do understand that marketing results can vary depending on a number of factors, including location, guest profile, seasonality, and the type of business being promoted. While many of our clients are pleased with the exposure they receive, we recognise that not every campaign will feel the same to every advertiser.

We also want to clarify that reviews left on our profile are from genuine clients who have chosen to share their experiences. We take all feedback seriously and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly in an effort to find a constructive way forward.

Who ya gonna call? My Concierge Direct Busters!!Holy wow — these folks have managed to take desperation and deception to a whole new level. Big promises, bold marketing claims… and a whole lot of nothing delivered.

Myself and others in the Sedona area who relied on those claims have received zero results. Many of us have written the loss off and received partial reimbursement through our banks or credit card companies.

Even a local hotel that contracted with My Concierge Direct is working to be released from its agreement after coming to realize the company is a total scam

This company used to be called Direct…

This company used to be called Direct Digital. They have changed their name to due all the bad ratings they had with their other company name.

My experience was pretty awful. Promised the world only to have empty promises. I had a 2 year agreement and inside of it, I was supposedly guaranteed I would be the only company of my type able to advertise with them.

I had forgotten about it and when it came time to renew for year 2. My payment didn't go through because I had my card stolen and forgot to update it with them. Instead of calling me and asking for an updated card, I pick up the phone with a guy yelling at me because I haven't paid.

This raised suspicion with me. He also informed me that because I didn't pay the bill on time that my bill was now twice as much as it was suppose to be. I told him no way I am paying you twice what I agreed upon. This upset me and I decided to do some more research.

Upon arriving at the hotel where my advertisement was placed, I see another company (similar to mine) advertising with them. I then tell them this and they say that this is not true. They come at me threatening me with their lawyers. I laughed at them and of course they never did anything but constantly try to get me to pay them.

Do not trust these people with any penny of your money. They will probably make another company name and try to do it again. Same crap. You guys need to do something else with your time. Perhaps all the energy you use to scam people could be used for good. I don't ever hardly write reviews but I'm writing this to help others.

Zero Bookings Generated

After using My Concierge Direct services for over 3 months, not one booking was generated. I asked to cancel this fruitless service and they won't release me from the 6 month contract.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

This company sold me on advertising my small business in a new, upscale hotel's in-house app that would feature my business and booking links. Sounded great. Minimum 1 year contract. I wasn't sure but they were all over me with promises of results. Absolutely ZERO traffic has come my way in the 10 months I've been under contract. My ad is NOT placed ANYWHERE in the hotel's app or website. Trying to get in touch with My Concierge Direct or their partner Guest Services is a JOKE. They won't return my emails and their phone number rings and rings with no option to leave a VM and certainly no human being picking up the line. These guys are FRAUDS and I'd be the first to join a class-action lawsuit to be reimbursed for the money I wasted on them.

Terrible

Terrible. All promises no results. The hotels they are contacting in the US are all starting to pull out of their services... affecting the businesses like mine who paid them money to get in touch with those Hotel's customers. People are NOT downloading their app. Hotels are learning they can make their own app using AI and offer much better service without this company. Stay away from them. Their sales people are snake oil salesmen and their customer service is terrible. It took them 1 month to respond to an email complaint and then they refused to release my company from the contract. Stay AWAY... put your money in google ads or other channels...

Scam!!!! They misrepresent the product they’re trying to sell you!!! don’t waste your time or more importantly your money

They completely misrepresented their product. They sell you on something and then never follow through with their end of the deal. No promotions were done whatsoever with the product they sold me.
None of the employees at the resort hotel knows about the app that they sold to me promoting the resort hotel! Which means none of the guest have the app! Which means they don’t use the app! Which means we get zero business from the app they sold us!
Complete scam!!!!!!!

Fraudulent

Fraudulent. I was contracted at $120/month to have my tour company link on a prestigious hotel here in New Orleans. I became concerned after I realized it has been 3 months and ZERO calls or leads. The hotel concierge manager knows me and informed me the link was not active or live!! And it still isn't! I even booked a room at the hotel to see what was contained in the confirmation email and stayed there and NO link was ever provided. Even at the concierge desk this week, it is still not active! I have asked that they have their hotel contact be included on any correspondence and that has not happened. I have asked for analytics as other major link services provide like GOOGLE, and they sent a long blah blah blah about why they can't. Luckily, I had trouble with my bank card & the payment did not process in May and still no resolve.

Can't fulfill promises - Hides behind terms and conditions

The sales person misrepresented what they can do. We were upsold, and it was appealing because the sale person promised we would get more data from the mid-tier and said we could move down to the previous level at any time if we didn't get the results we were looking for. It was all lies.
No data, the can't even prove how many people have viewed the app; yes, we could move down, but not at the sales call price, it would be the same price currently being paid.
Any company that hides behind the lines, "we are fulfilling the terms as agreed upon" is a shady company. They tell you one thing, then give you a document to sign while someone is on zoom watching you. This was a pretty bad experience.
UPDATE - I refuse to do business with a company like this. Since I requested to cancel the agreement and refused to pay them, they have called everyday hiding behind the agreement language and cause me distress. The woman calling doesn’t like it either but they make her keep calling. Each time she calls, it drops my opinion of the company. There is a simple solution to this issue, but they choose to make me and the service rep battle it out and she doesn’t even have the ability to resolve the situation. It’s brutal. There are a lot of bad companies out there, and this one loves to beat up on its people and customers.

I’ve have totally been miss sold the…

I’ve have totally been miss sold the service that My Concierge Direct have now got me signed into. They have lied to me & falsely represented the Marriott hotel in order to sign me up. At the same time I have not even received one enquire, never mind and actually sale. & when I have made a complaint I’ll give them that they did respond quickly, however no investigation into my claims of being miss sold or lied to, nothing. Please stay away from this company & please don’t answer this review asking me to contact you. Just get me out of this contract. I’m an independent small business & can’t afford to be throwing money away like I have done with your company. They are not willing to do anything apart from change my pictures in the advert which I have done already.
