Our experience with My Corporate Flat was extremely serious and deeply disappointing.

They were instructed to manage a block of 6 apartments for us on a short-let basis, including handling bookings, guest logistics and payment collection. The agreement was that they would keep a 20% fee and pass the remainder of the booking income to us.

They collected over £40,000 in booking revenue and failed to pay us any of the money due. As a result, we have had to engage a professional debt collection agency and pursue winding-up proceedings.

We also obtained a professional credit report on the company, which showed over £150,000 in County Court Judgments against My Corporate Flat. In addition, we have come across other customers reporting similar issues.

The financial impact on us has been severe, leaving us tens of thousands of pounds out of pocket. The entire experience has been stressful, costly and wholly unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would advise others to proceed with extreme caution and carry out thorough checks before doing business with this company.

Some months ago, we were promised a seamless service from My Corporate Flat where we provided them with several units to rent for us. Prompt payment was promised from Tristam (CEO) and we had a contract in place.

Fast forward some month ahead, we are outstanding a considerable amount of owed funds amounting to over £30k. He promised us payment multiple times but failed every attempt of paying. He is a compulsive liar and anyone looking to do business with him should be very cautious.

After looking deeper into the company of recent, there are 11 country court judgements against My Corporate Flat which amount to more than £154k!

Please stay away and don't fall into a very tough situation like I am now in. He has really dented my revenue and I am not confident I will see anything at this point. I honestly can't believe people do business like this, it's absurd. I don't know how Tristam sleeps at night, he is a scammer and definition of a fake individual.

Polite and friendly host, Tristam always tries to accommodate us with an early check in if needed. Accommodation always neat and tidy with all the facilities you could ask for. Excellent location.

I have been traveling around the world for a few months and I like to stay in beautiful accommodations so I’m prepared to pay that bit extra. This stay topped all my other stays because of the attention to detail, the cleanliness and comfort. It’s honestly exactly what anyone with standards should book.

We were able to park our vehicle well away from the main road outside the annex. The accommodation was warm despite the very cold weather and the bed was comfortable.

Was a really nice place, very accommodating and well equipped. The place was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment, near good pubs, local shops, bus stops etc. Everything thought off, couldn’t have asked for more!

As a former manager at DAMAC, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with My Corporate Flat, specifically dealing with their CEO, Mr. Dennis. I introduced several clients who owned high-end apartments, lured by promises of substantial returns on their investments if they rented through this agency.

However, the situation quickly turned into a nightmare. Although the apartments were rented out, the owners did not receive any payments. Mr. Dennis claimed the tenants were not paying, yet the tenants provided proof of their payments. It became evident that the issue was with the CEO, who failed to forward the payments to the property owners and subsequently avoided all attempts to communicate.

This experience not only impacted the owners, who had to resort to legal action, but also led to the loss of my job. I, along with the property owners, was misled and left in a difficult position. This has been a harsh lesson in trust and due diligence.

For anyone considering renting their property through My Corporate Flat, I strongly advise exploring other options. The promises made by Mr. Dennis may sound appealing, but in my experience, they remain unfulfilled, leading only to frustration and financial loss.

I hope this review serves as a helpful warning to others. Always ensure thorough research and choose a rental agency wisely to avoid similar pitfalls.

This flat was comfortable , clean , spacious and bright. It was the perfect see for the weekend.

The Nook was spotlessly clean and tidy and we enjoyed our short stay there. Both mornings we ate breakfast outside on the patio which was very peaceful. We would definitely stay there again if we went to Sussex.

The flat was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The host was kind and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at The Nook.

We needed a quiet break after a hectic week and the Nook was a perfect retreat for us. Breakfast on the patio was a welcome bonus.

From start to finish was absolutely brilliant. No issues what so ever! Smelt amazing, clean and fresh and done to a lovely spec inside and out. Would and have recommended to friends and family not too far from Brighton either only a 25 minute drive so ideal location to be in. Would go back!

The hosts went out of their way more than once during my stay to make the experience more comfortable. The apartment is very well designed and comfortable. My only regret was that I wasn’t there in the summer to enjoy the beautiful little terrace that led off the bedroom

Smashing accommodation nestled in a lovely village with great surrounding pubs! Super clean and lovely gardens. Highly recommend!
