Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share first thing is my experience with you guys was great the fact that the bottles were broke it hurt but your response to that situation was super once again thank you the product that you guys have as I said before it's something that to me it is wonderful I enjoy it the product does what it says and it's so natural thank you again and I will be ordering again only thing make sure if you're shipping across country those are bottles not plastic have a great day

Reasonable price for Shampoo bar
My husband bought this for me but I was glad to find my next shampoo bar at a more reasonable price after running out of my Viori shampoo. They packaged my order well but I didn't receive it til 4/10/23 but its ETA was 4/6/23 according to UPS..but that's because UPS transferred it to my *struggling* local post office for delivery. I'll be glad to use my shampoo bar on my next weekly hair wash. I was hoping I was getting both the shampoo and conditioner though because the pictures led me to believe I was getting both so I would recommend updating the pictures for this product. If Cozy Farm had the Hibar Curl Conditioner that pairs with this one I would be returning back to this site sooner rather than later. Thank you for your efforts though !

I inadvertently ordered the wrong item…
I inadvertently ordered the wrong item and didn't see it was a total of 6 in a pack. Opened the box upon arrival and within a few days, requested to return. This was not acceptable to the company, as they have a "No Buyer's Remorse" policy. That's unacceptable !!!
Should have ordered off Amazon !
