I was a little annoyed at the agent on the phone as i couldnt understand his accent very well.. it does help if they are clear and dont mumble. Anyhow I had really great first 2 lessons, and im looking forward to my test in a couple weeks. I chose the intensive course as i have failed once already.My Crash Course had the best prices by miles. Fingers crossed thier teaching matches the service so far and i'll be well away.... wish me look 🫣🙈🙉🙊🙏🏻. If I PASS i will upgrade review to full 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Jenny, we apologies for the poor sound you experienced on your call, we have recently had a new phone system installed.
Initially there were a few teething problems (specifically call quality). Which have now been addressed thanks to you highlighting this to our agents. We are pleased that you gave us a fair review. We don't think you need hope, as we are confident you will pass with the right tuition. Our instructors are DVSA accredited and fully trained for all ranges of driving capability. From those who have never been in a car to a few hours refresher courses. Thank you for your review.

Just finished the 25 lesson course with Anthony and passed my test today. I had lessons before with another school but never really felt confident driving on busy roads.
He was patient but also pushed me when I needed it !!!
The mock tests probably the most useful part because they felt really similar to the actual test.

Hi Alex, our courses are specifically designed to address all areas that need training. For some its more vehicle handling whilst others need to bring road etiquette inline with best practice. Either way we have modules for everyone. Our instructors do push when needed. Because their experience allows them to identify your strengths even if your unaware. Well done for never quitting! Im giving my recommendation to My Crash Course, they booked a 25 hour Driving course for me, the instructor Phillipa was a real diamond, so patient despite me being a nervous wreck at the start lol. But she helped me pass my practical at the end of my intensive course (packed it all in over 2 weeks)
