This is such a shame to see, as you never got back to us for 3 days we made a decision to send another design and we upgraded it and gave you extra gifts, we were concerned about you not getting it in time as you had not replied and we had no way of contacting you (no phone number). We even offered to you, "if you do not like the design we chose your welcome to return". If you want to return, please make sure all extra gifts are returned. We feel this does not deserve a 1 star review when we only considered you by getting a cushion to you on time for Mother'd Day and we welcome your further feedback.
