Love this company! I made a mistake when I ordered my charms and wanted to add to my order. When I contacted them they responded extremely fast and helped me take care of everything. All my previous orders have had the sme level of customer care and great items. I just received my latest order, I bought 3 charms and a bracelet that has name charms on it and they are all perfect! I couldn't be happier with the results! I 100% recommend this company.

So far I have had a good experience with the site, mainly via email and chat, with Steven, Amy L. and Gene, they are very nice and friendly and respond very quickly. However I think it should be possible to communicate with translation.
I think the production people should pay attention to production because when we send photos, we cannot fully understand how the product will look or we may also be mistaken. And in these cases they could notify customers, via email, when the photos do not look good and also they should pay attention to the amount required for any change, as 30 % of the total purchase I think is unfair when the value of the purchase is high. They should offer free changes above a certain value. However, I am satisfied with the discounts they also apply, particularly on shipping.
