I made a mistake on my order and the staff were very prompt and polite with answering my emails and they sorted the problem for me........I ordered 3 items which I am very happy with, can’t wait to give them as gifts at Christmas, would definitely recommend this company

Brilliant service. My magnet arrived faulty which was upsetting as it was a present for my hubby who actually wrote the song on it . My issue was dealt with very quickly and a replacement is being sent to me free of charge and I just pay the postage. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

I received my order and the box and item had been crushed. I contacted the
vendor and they quickly replaced the order with with no hesitation. I would gladly order again from them.

It took a few tries to get it right but they were super helpful and willing to work with me to make sure it came out just right! Overall, probably the best customer service I've ever experienced and the model came out great!

My plaque came quickly. The box was a smashed but the product was ok! I had a hard time turning on the music, but one email to customer service remedied the issue. Gotta just click the interior switch. Overall, very cute and unique. Excited to give it as a gift.

I love the magnetic music box I ordered for my daughter. I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work so I e-mailed the company for instructions and they replied so quickly. They sent me detailed instructions. The music played. Within two days, the company reached back to be sure I was all set. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them. Their products are fun and unique.

When I got my magnet, I couldn’t figure out how to get it to play. So I sent an email to customer service and they were so helpful and friendly. Got back to me quickly and I was able to get it to play. My husband Loves it and it now hangs on the fridge. Thank you so much. I will definitely be buying more and telling friends about it.
