I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s worth it.

I ordered a custom gift from MyCustomHeart and it turned out way better than I expected. The quality is actually legit.. not one of those things that looks good online and cheap in person.

The customization process was super easy, and everything came out exactly how I designed it. You can tell they actually care about the details, which is rare.

Packaging was clean, delivery was on time, and the whole thing felt premium.

The biggest thing though.. the reaction. If you’re buying this as a gift, just know it hits. It’s one of those gifts that feels personal, not generic, and that makes a huge difference.

If you’re on the fence, just get it. I’ve already recommended to my friends too

my girlfriend cried from their Valentine's Day gift (although she loves the sentimental stuff so I expected it). She wears the jewelry all the time and references to how cute the bear and heart container I got her are a lot. It's a custom product so I expected it to take some time but they got it to me 4 days after I placed the order. 5/5 experience, I will be shopping again for Mothers day. If your girl likes sentimental stuff and less about material things, she will probably love my custom heart

I placed a $400+ order with My Custom Heart for a Valentine’s Day gift.

Timeline:
• Ordered in advance for February 14
• Delivery concern went unanswered
• Item arrived after Valentine’s Day
• Response only came after I mentioned refund/chargeback

When the product arrived, the heart-shaped box did not match the presentation implied in the listing. It was significantly smaller than expected and could not function as the bundled/collection-style display suggested. For the price point, the overall scale and perceived quality did not reflect a $400+ purchase.

When I raised concerns, the response focused on warning that any dispute would be formally contested if the item remained in my possession. The tone felt defensive and implied improper intent rather than addressing the underlying issues.

The only options offered were:
• Return for a full refund
• Store credit ($50, later increased to $100)

No partial resolution was considered. Store credit was not meaningful given the experience — after this transaction, I would not feel comfortable placing another order.

Although a prepaid return label was offered, the overall interaction felt policy-driven rather than customer-focused. There was no acknowledgment of the missed holiday impact or the communication lapse.

Buyers should carefully review dimensions, screenshot listings, and think twice before ordering for time-sensitive occasions.

It took weeks for my valentine’s Day gift to be delivered. Way past Valentine’s Day because of their error and problems and all they can give me is a $50 store credit. Ruined my Valentine’s Day gift for my gf and suggest nobody to order here! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible, the order was a week late and part of the order was missing. The customer service is awful. 24 hrs shipping is an absolute BS. The quality is extremely low and even can't compete with the tree dollar. This is a scam.

Order came a week late, don’t respond to emails. Missing a crucial item I paid for in the box. They offered me store credit for the late box, but what am I gonna do with that?

Awful service and still yet to receive what I ordered. I ordered a gift for my girlfriend as a Valentine's Day present on 2/9 and was given an estimated date for delivery of 2/11. That date came and there was not a single update on my order, so I reached out to see why that was the case and was told they had sickness going through their workplace so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They told me it was in the queue to be shipped. I let it be until 2/14 came around (Valentine's Day), still nothing, so I reached out again and was told it would ship in the next day or so. 2/16 came around and I received an email saying a UPS label was created at 12:48pm, so I figured it would ship out later that day. End of day 2/17 I checked and there was no movement on the package and UPS tracking said it would update when they received the package, so I reached out the My Custom Heart to see if they gave the package to UPS and was told they did. Rolling into current day 2/18 and still no change, so I contracted UPS and was told they never received the package and that it would have been in the system by now if they did. I emailed My Custom Heart again and haven't heard back. I did check out their social pages and have found that I am not the only one experiencing potentially scamming behavior from this company. If you are reading this to decide if you want to do business with them, don't. It's not worth it.

First off, the order was advertised as being neatly packaged together and the bear was supposed to have a case with lights also I got her 4 bath bombs and online got two. Secondly I Ordered my wife’s “bundle” two weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day, it didn’t get here until the afternoon of the 18th 4 days late and they sent an email saying they would give me a $50 STORE CREDIT but all of their stuff is Valentine’s Day themed not to mention absolute dollar store garbage foam roses and such. What a waste of money and time I promise you can do much better for that special someone in your life and at half the cost.

Don’t believe the Ships in 24 hours BS. We are a week and a half out from the order and it has yet to ship. Absolutely ridiculous claims if they are running this far behind. No accommodations made besides a “credit” towards their products that you can’t get until your package arrives. I guess I’ll wait another couple weeks to get that product as well. Don’t order anything from this website. You’ll regret it.

Order arrived late af and after Valentine’s Day, customer service is complete dog cheeks, and didn’t even receive compensation or a discount at least after they said they would.

Horrible horrible & horrible... I ordered a gift box a week in advance for my partner with expected delivery to be before valentines day and two days before v-day they sent an email saying there will be delays due to weather and illness. Also saying if you don't receive your order on time they will give you a $50 store credit..? Yeah let me go spend more money with you guys right... Any who, ill be disputing it with Amex and really never leave reviews but wow this was bad. Customer service and experience overall -10000/10

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was honestly disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was slow and unprofessional, and it felt like no one really cared about resolving issues or making customers feel valued. Communication was poor, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get basic help.

On top of that, the quality did not match the expectations set by the advertising. What I received felt rushed and poorly handled, especially considering the price. Small details that should have been standard were completely overlooked, which made the whole experience frustrating.

I genuinely wanted to like this place, but the lack of attention to customers and overall professionalism made it hard to justify returning. I hope improvements are made because there is definitely potential, but right now I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Didn't recieve the photo I sent in to be framed. Was neither in the frame or with the order. Also missing the fancy bath bomb but did recieve the other 2. Everything else is quality and nice for sure. Its just that without the photo, the presentation i was so stoked for is kind of ruined. Never would have purchased this knowing the key piece was going to be missing. 2 stars for potential. Will see how the situation is rectified in the coming days.

Girlfriend loved the gift.
Shipment arrived on time. Feels like it is very high quality. Ring wasn't as shiny as in the picture, but still good.
I'm glad I took the risk on them.

The necklace I bought was broke when I received it & the bear candle was made to look bigger on the webpage than it actually was. The bear is extremely small for the price of it so don’t be fooled

Got a gift bundle from My Custom Heart and it was great! Everything looked amazing, and the personal touches really made it special. My gf loved it and the whole thing was packaged perfectly. Definitely recommend if you want to give a unique and thoughtful gift

My girlfriend absolutely loved what I ordered for her.

The hygiene products smell amazing & the rose bear is a big recommend from me.

If you think about ordering from here, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t. The cheap prices & amazing product don’t make sense to me.
