Great communication, lovely delivery guy. Great bed

Bed was delivered well packaged and in good order. The plastic covering was quite dirty, so what you may say but by the time you take it to a room to unpack it could dirty the carpet. Had to wash hands after taking packaging off before touching the bed. Also one of the castors was real difficult to go in, but a bit of persuasion with a hammer helped.
Happy enough with the bed though.

Ordered a bed with “right-hand drawers” and only realised after assembly that the orientation didn’t work for my space. This isn’t as clear in practice as they claim.

When I contacted them, the tone was dismissive, patronising and at times borderline snide. Instead of trying to help, everything was pushed back onto me.

Can’t attach the full email thread here, but it would show exactly how they speak to customers.

I initially asked to return it, but was told I’d need to pay around a third of the bed’s price to do so, which is excessive. I then offered to keep it and suggested a partial refund as a reasonable compromise — that was also refused.

On top of that, the quality is average at best.

Overall, not just disappointing, but poorly handled from start to finish. Wouldn’t order again.

I tried My Divan Bed based on other reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The bed arrived quickly and was great quality. The price was excellent too.

Communication was great and when notified there was a problem they swiftly sorted it. The Divan I bought looks more expensive than it cost.

The service with Divan Bed from start to finish. They even accommodating the base being returned when we realised it would not go up the stairs, the turnaround was amazing.
The 2 courier teams were also fantastic with removing the old bed and putting the new one together.

The headboard arrived well packed. Well made and heavy. Feels good to finally have this against our backs in the evening and not the cold wall.

A friend recommended my divan bed. I love my new headboard, well made and a good price. After contacting the company about my 10% code not working, they refunded it into my bank account. Very satisfied.

Orderef another bed for my daughter, it only took four days to arrive and she is really happy with the quality,as was I with mine, woild recommend purchasing.

Bed is gorgeous, I got emerald green colour is spot on, feels very sturdy, upgraded to the 26” headboard looks very luxurious. Came with all the fittings needed with little stickers showing where to attach headboard. Well packaged, bed feet look great in silver. Would highly recommend.

After scouring many companies to buy our bed from and seeing some not so good trust pilot reviews, I'm glad we ordered through My Divan Bed. Samples arrived quickly. Great quality bed. Easy to install although it's good they offer this as an addition service along with delivery to room of choice.
Adal was really helpful answering questions promptly by email, even what I would consider out of office hours.
Delivery team were good and to have the best ordered on Monday and delivered on Sunday morning was brilliant. It was okay for us as working from home full time but can see how people may not like the idea of not selecting a delivery day. It's worth contacting them to give your preferences at least to see if anything can be done.
Would highly recommend.

Well packaged. Value for money paid. Delivery drivers very nice. One small thing it would be better giving a delivery day on purchasing not the 2-10 days.
