I had problems printing the forms after…
I had problems printing the forms after I filled them out. When they were downloaded onto my PC it showed canceled, I don't know why. I want someone to contact me about it. When I clicked on forms it asked me to rate the company. I will as soon as I get my forms.

website is confusing after filing
I filed, and went back online to re-download my papers, but I Could not find them.
I also tried to look up my case, as it has been a few weeks since I filed, but I could not find it.

Big Scam
This is probably one of the biggest scams I have ever come across. Customer service is terrible. I paid the extra money to (over $500.00) to have my divorce papers served. Instead, they sent the papers via priority mail. Each time I would call to check on the status, I would get different answers. 3 months after the papers were sent, and I had not receive any type of notification, I called them and asked for a copy of the receipt showing that my ex had received my divorce papers and was told that they do not provide that service and that I should seek legal advice. Stay away from these people.

Hi, In review of your account, we have provided our service with no issues, however, your spouse has yet to send back the signed papers. Our service is for uncontested divorces, where both parties are in agreement.
