Disappointing but understandable.
Edited accordingly: I have a serious medical issue with my back and needed 10 days rest...they sent back certificate for 2 days. I was annoyed obviously and when I responded they said they would get another doctor to review the case. That finally happened and it was then explained that 2 days is given so I can go and see a doctor physically as it is a physical debilitating issue. Then kindly they understood my disappointment and offered to give a 50% refund, which was done.
I do really hope that they can clarify that on their home page for first time users.

To clarify, your medical certificate request was reviewed by a doctor. Based on the information provided, the doctor determined that a 2-day certificate was clinically appropriate and advised that any further extension should be assessed face-to-face by a rehabilitation medicine doctor or another suitable healthcare provider, particularly given the nature of your back condition.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our doctors can only issue certificates they consider medically appropriate and safe based on their assessment.

Questionable and Unprofessional Medical Certificate
Paying this much, I honestly expected a more professional and legitimate-looking medical certificate. The format looks questionable and poorly made, which immediately raises concerns about authenticity. I also noticed that the doctor’s signature here looks different from the signatures shown on other certificates online, making it even more suspicious. Whether it’s real or not, the presentation alone does not inspire confidence or trust. For a service that charges this price, the documents should at least look credible, polished, and properly verified.
