Edit update - napkins have now been returned to me by the post office as the respondent didn't collect them from the post office.......
Thanks for leaving a review. Again I am sorry that your napkins didn't arrive. They were dispatched quickly and normally arrive well within the postage delivery time frame. You contacted me with three days to go before your event and I said that it was very unusual and that I was happy to refund you, but they may still have time to arrive. I also gave you a link for another website with the same type of napkins that you wanted that would arrive in time for you event. I was unable to restock or resend you the item so this is the most that I could have done to assist you and I am sure that this is not the standard that you would have got at larger companies. You decided to wait and see if they turned up. I have only had 3 items going missing in 6 years in business which I think is a high standard and not an unreliable delivery service. I refunded your order within minutes of you contacting me again today. I don't think I deserve a 1 star review as a small company when the issue has been quickly and efficiently sorted out. All online companies will have parcels that sometimes do not arrive and I think it is unfair to blame the small company and mark their hard earned high score down overnight on the basis of one order not arriving as you can see I have hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied customers who appreciate the way that I go the extra mile for customers. I am sorry that you didn't receive our usual high standard of service.

I had such a great experience dealing with Suzanne from beginning to end. My brief was a grufallo themed party with brighter colours. Suzanne worked with my budget to find me options of what would work. She managed to get all the props including a cut out of the grufallo, which was initially proving tricky. The whole experience was so positive and I would definitely recommend her and My Dream Party Shop. Thank you Suzanne!

Fantastic birthday set up!
Suzanne was able to organise an incredible birthday display in a short space of time. She recommended many options and helped me decide on something unique that suited my budget. The final display received so many compliments! The end to end process was smooth and efficient. I’ll be using the service again for my daughter’s birthday.

Amazing Shop
I went to Suzanne to buy some gender reveal cannons for a gender reveal party I was planning. Since it was my first time planning such an event, she was kind enough to show me how to make the balloon backdrop and gave me some useful tips for the same. Although it was just to buy the cannons, she went above and beyond to help me out plan the event better with her some amazing tips and ideas. The party was a hit. Thank you Suzanne! :-)

Birthday balloons for my daughter's 18th birthday
Fantastic!!!! I sent an email the afternoon before my daughters 18th birthday thinking it was far to late but the lovely Suzanne replied back and we got the most wonderful balloons in time to pick up that evening. Just Brilliant
'Wow this is what I really wanted for my birthday ' these are the exact words my son said looking at the balloons we got for his birthday party. What else can I say.. from the selection choices to pick up,everything was brilliant. Such a nice service for busy mums like me. All the very best Suzanne. BTW my son wants a godzilla balloon which has radiation blast falling on gidora monster for his next birthday so good luck with the growing list. :)

Helium filled Birthday balloons
Thank you for our lovely Birthday balloons. The colours were bright and vibrant and really brightened up the room to create a real party atmosphere. The balloons were delivered promptly and displayed with care.
