We have a handy click and collect by appointment service for local customers. If you live locally to Ruislip we offer a huge range of helium and air-filled balloon designs for collection including number columns, grab and go balloon arches, helium bouquets, helium numbers and personalised bubble balloons. These are all car friendly so no van required. We can also deliver for an extra fee ranging from £8.99 - £29.99 within up to 30 minutes from our premises covering areas such as Gerrards Cross, Denham, Uxbridge, Hayes, Pinner, Northwood, Moor Park, Eastcote and Northolt. If you have a larger private or business event we offer a full balloon installation service to your house, place of business or party venue. We can provide stunning balloon arches and backdrops for every occasion alongside a wide range of helium or air-filled balloon designs. Fantastic Service
We hired Suzanne for a baby shower in a venue. Firstly, from the first email I can say she had great customer service skills and that carried on in person. Everything went very smoothly from discussing display options to the set-up on the actual day.
The balloon display was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
I would 100% recommend and will use them again!

Excellent service and communication from Suzanne. Really helpful and friendly. Delivery was fast and packaged perfectly. All the decorations were of high quality and looked fantastic. I loved everything, the silver and gold stars, silver star garlands and backdrops and the rosette fans. Very happy with my first order. Many thanks.

We had an amazing experience
We had an amazing experience. First, I had ordered a ballon stack for my daughter 3rd birthday which was done beautifully. A few weeks later Suzanne did an amazing decoration setting for my friends surprise baby shower. Again it was done so nicely. We got loads of compliments. She delivers on time and very professional. But she put her personal touches which make the end product even nicer. She is very easy to deal with and honest when giving recommendations. She puts a lot of effort to make sure you get what you want. So friendly and kind nature. I will definitely recommend her quality work and great customer service. Thank you
