Jake was really helpful, this is my first time getting a car on my own, so he answered all my queries and was patient and gave me necessary time to think things through. He found me a finance plan really quickly and took all my needs into account and tried to find the most appropriate one. He was really good and would call with queries and answers. He's good/quick at responding, which helps alot.

Pleasantly surprised. After being rejected by the dealers finance and being in desperate need for a car for work, I saw an advert for my finance link and decided to apply . The application process was very straightforward and handled by my case handler Chris. Despite being a little concerned that the process would take longer due to using external finance the process was extremely quick and efficient. After applying on a Sunday afternoon my finance had finalised on the Monday afternoon and my car will be ready to pick up this week. Thanks to all the staff at my finance link, really helped me where I thought no one else could.
