Untrustworthy/bad business practices
I had several issues happening but the problem was the young man who came claimed he made sure the water meter came to a stop when he finished before cutting it back on. This could not have been true because I had another frozen line that burst which he overlooked. The meter had to be spinning which can only mean he wasn’t finished. In the meantime, the cabin behind my home is continuing to flood. I called the repairman and told him we weren’t getting hot water after the gas burner had been lit for some time. One of his over the phone diagnosis was a new water heater! So then Spencer’s Plumbing was called out and he came with help, found the problem in 3 minutes and had it repaired in about 10-12 minutes- $150. First Action charged me $757 and would not adjust their fee nor own their mistake. Repairman said owner would call me which never happened. Where is the character? What kind of business practice is that? Which one of those 2 plumbers would you be calling in the future? I’ll be giving Spencer’s Plumbing 5 stars!
