Update. Myfreeapp still hasnt paid me. Its only when you spend your own money. Bbb wpnt do anything because its based in italy. Well now i know gow companies in italy run. They steal and lie. Cant spin it any other way. I have shown proof over and over i beem rude i been nice i been this and that. And yet they are to cowardly to own up to it. They even called me out on here and still proved me right smh... do they pay??? Sure when they want to. Cant talk bad about them they throw a fit like a toddler. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. You first contacted us at the end of November 2024, and we made sure to respond to each of your emails. From the beginning, we explained the tracking issues and why certain tasks weren't credited, but unfortunately, our explanations seemed to go unheard. Despite our efforts to help, your responses became increasingly disrespectful, and we continued trying to provide clarity.
When we realized the situation wasn’t improving, we even offered a bonus as a gesture of goodwill, but you did not respond to that proposal and instead escalated the situation with threats of legal action. After receiving numerous emails demanding money with rude language, it became clear that continuing this conversation wasn’t productive for either side.
We strive to maintain fair and transparent communication, and we truly regret that this journey ended on such a negative note.

My experience with Myfreeapp customer service was great. They replied to all my questions, comments, and emails, almost instantly. I was, honestly, not expecting the quick, direct, and helpful responses I got. They really did seem to be, having the want, to make my overall "problem" get resolved, and they did, just that. These people are legit. No waiting for your cash outs the moneys there almost instantly. Ya, sometimes the trackings got issues like any offer wall but that’s to be expected at this point. Highly recommended.

They actually do payout like they say!!!! It doesn't take as long as other apps to get enough to payout either. Lots of games to choose from as well. No it will not pay your rent and bills and you can't live off of just playing games BUT it will help get money together for gas, cigarettes, and other things....which is a big help!!!

Change my rating from 5 stars to 1. This app is a legit scam. They fool you with false advertising. Saying do this task and when you do it they turn around and make excuses to not pay you. Wasted close to 10 hours of my time on a game that said to complete 1000 waves so I made it to to 700 waves then it had me prestige and dropped me back to 1 so I completed 300 more which 700 plus 300 is 1000. But I didn't get credited then they switch up and say I gotta make it to wave 1000. When it clearly says complete 1000 waves not complete to wave 1000. Big scam. Ig they only pay out the small points but the m8nute you complete a bigger paying task they screw you over an not pay. That's WY mychashapp is way better least they don't screw their customers over.

So my personal opinion about this app…
So my personal opinion about this app is, it’s not a bad app but when you click on one of their things on the app, you don’t get credited all the time for it. I wrote them. I showed them proof they did refund me. but I just tried another app on the website and I completed some of it just to see if it’ll work and it has not so I contacted them again and now I’m waiting for a response back.
