Only received half my order

Back in February, I purchased two Funko pops from them. The first one came, and it took about a month to receive it. The second one never came. When I went back on the website, it said it was out of stock (all of a sudden). Every couple of weeks, I'd go back to check, only to see it say a month til stock would be back. Then July, then August, then October, I sent an email asking them to cancel my order. They told me that my order wouldn't be in stock until January. I just received an email today with them cancelling my order because they had no more in stock and it was no longer available, after showing it as pre-order in October. I'll never order another thing from this company again. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Well here we go DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . I TRYED TO BUY A $464.00 ITEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY OVER SOLD IT AND THEY AFTER 4 WEEKS OF CRAP AND LIES I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND ..I REPEAT MYSELF DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES

Honestly Bad experience

Honestly, it has been a bad experience. I don't usually like to complain. I placed an order on 12-22-2021. My order hadn't even been sent to the warehouse when I requested to cancel my order on 01-03-2021. Customer service lady said she will request it right away. I checked for an update on 01-06-2021. Order status still showing processing. So I contacted customer service once again. Says they requested it, but unfortunately it has to be canceled by warehouse. I'm like ok. Gave them more time. Then I asked for an update on 01-12-2021. Someone tells me unfortunately your order is too far in processing to be canceled. Which is unacceptable. I then contact them on facebook same day. Got a reply saying to disregard the customer service rep and they will be working with operations to cancel it. Still nothing. No update. At this point I just want my money back and to never deal with them again.

Don’t shop here

I preordered three items that said expected March 2021. Well March is over and not even shipped or anything. Just cancelled it I don’t even want to deal with them. Contacted them multiple times to get no response or help at all. Sucks cus I wanted the products but rather not deal with anymore issues with them

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

SCAM!!! You will never receive subscription box and there is only a mass generated email as a response!! Placed order subscription for my son to receive a monthly box for Christmas, never received box, sent 6 msgs, generic replies, no follow ups!! Now I’m going to have to cancel my credit card, dispute charges and more my son is so disappointed!!! Disgrace!!!

We truly enjoyed My Geek Box but had way too many shipping issues

We truly enjoyed My Geek Box at first. The kids enjoyed making videos of the cool finds inside. We had problems with boxes showing up damaged, showing up late or not showing up at all. When trying to make review videos based on the months Geek Box, receiving boxes in these manners does not work.
Customer service was always prompt and friendly.

We love geek box for the most part

We love geek box for the most part. I have it for my son as a reward for good grades and chores. I get the leftovers from what he doesn’t want (game of thrones, flash or arrow). Only issue was three months we received the same items. We have 3 death stroke funko pops, 3 Loki magnets and 3 catwoman banners. So, it just wasn’t cool receiving the same items. LOVE everything else.

Happy with all of Geek Box!

I had 2 subscriptions for 2 of my 3 kids for Geek Box kids. We did 6 months and were happy with most all of the contents in each box (the only items we weren’t happy with, were simply because it was from characters we arent familiar with). We canceled only because the monthly cost for 2 boxes became too much for us, and could not cut back to 1 box, and in fact my 3rd kid, also got old enough to start asking for one as well. Lol

But, since starting our sub, we have since ordered quite a bunch of items, thanks to the emails about new Pop! Releases 😝

Shipping is timely considering items come from across the pond.

Will continue buying as we can!
