Arguably one of the best alt bricks out there.
I chose to use gobricks as someone recommended them to me. Buying all the parts I need off of Lego would have cost to much and there was a limit on how many you can have of one item ( I needed well over 10k pieces for the mosaic I was creating).

From the start the website was easy to use and navigate, although I did miss the specific part I needed and ordered something else at first. I needed to change this mistake but I couldn't find how to do this as it was slightly hidden away this made it more awkward as the team had already started making my order and parts. The colour names also somewhat matched Lego names which made it easier for me to know what colours I was buying as my list was using had only Lego names.

Customer service:
Once I got through to customer service that I really need to change these parts there was a cost which I understood but they was happy to refund it as my order was so large and I was a first time buyer.

I was in contact with Demi through out the whole thing and they was very informative and kept me updated as my order number was changed so I couldn't check things myself.

Quality:
I would personally say this company is a strong competitor. The quality is just like Lego strong, durable
and high quality. As I said previously my order was well over 10k pieces and I wasn't missing any they gave me extra just in case there was faults or misprints. I only found 2 miss prints in all of them pieces.

Also the items come well packaged. All pieces are kept separate and secure from each other which makes the building experience a lot more fun as your not sorting through trying to find 1 small piece in 10k other pieces (if you have ever used Legos pick a brick you know how annoying this is when they shove all the pieces together in one bag).

Overall experience:
My overall experience I would rate a 4.5/5. Simply put everything was great from the website to the customer service. Like I said previously the only thing that really caused an issue was finding whether I could change my order or not and the fact that I could no longer track my order as the order number was changed.

I will be returning to this company in the future when I build more mosaics or large MOC designs :).

I have been dealing with them now for 60 days placing 4 orders. They have free shipping is you spend about 75.00 bucks. If not shipping was very reasonable for regular shipping 7-15 shipping days business.
I contacted the customer service department very fast service was next day. I find using there website is much easier than brick link they have a well stocked inventory all the products I receive was great and good prices. Maybe certain LEGO products sure have a long history specially sets for sure.
But for a lot of basic and standard bricks I would see if people can tell from LEGO. Regular bricks.
Lego has a lot more special extras that kids like for sure.
But a great company to do business with I feel

I placed my order on 22 November 2025 and was pleasantly surprised at how transparent the entire process was. Production began the very next day on 23 November 2025, which aligns well with the company’s stated standard processing time of 10–12 business days for handcrafted items.

By 7 December 2025, the packaging stage was completed, and the order shipped out on 8 December 2025. Initially, I had selected the standard shipping option (estimated 7–15 business days, priced at $3.99), but on 4 December 2025 I decided to upgrade to express shipping. The upgrade cost $19.98, and in hindsight it was worth it: the package arrived promptly on 12 December 2025, fitting perfectly within the stated 3–5 business days for express delivery.

One drawback was the unexpected customs and handling fee: on 10 December 2025, I had to pay 13.32 € to FedEx for taxes/duties/fees. However, customer service reacted quickly. On 12 December 2025, they offered a $4.86 refund toward those charges and assured me that they would “look for new shipping partners to avoid similar problems in the future.” This was a positive gesture, even though it didn’t fully cover the cost.

As for the product itself, the building bricks arrived on 12 December 2025 in excellent condition. The quality and appearance are very good, and everything looks as expected. Assembly is still pending because the set (around 200 pieces) is intended as a Christmas gift, but based on first impressions, I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship.
