There were some issues with my order and shipment, but Kate was very responsive to my concerns. She went the extra mile to make things right.

They are AWESOME! My 1 year anniversary was in 5 days and I hadn't had time to get anything. I ordered the coordinates poster of where we met and I emailed them asking if they could possibly deliver it to me in 5 days and they ended up expediting it and it got to me in 3 days! So grateful for their kindness. The poster is perfect. Recommending them to any of my friends who need to get a special someone a present or in general! Thank you so much!

Website is deceiving. It says 1-2 days processing time, then will ship. I ordered on a Tuesday, the following Monday still had not shipped. Claimed it would ship next day. They conveniently marked it shipped with no tracking which means to me it hasn’t really shipped. As a small business owner, I always look for turn around times. If they said it would take a week before shipping it wouldn’t be a problem. Don’t be deceiving.

Ordered this as a closing gift for some clients and they absolutely freaked out! I love that I could personalize it and that there were several options to chose from. It came rolled up in a tube and was delivered perfectly safe and sound.

I placed an order and it arrived a week later in damaged condition. I sent an e-mail with attached images documenting it. Kate replied with apologies and took steps to remedy it. She sent out a reprint and it was received five days later. The resent product was undamaged and what I had paid for. Thanks to Kate for making right a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a print for Valentine’s Day for my husband and it arrived slightly damaged. The quality of the print aside from the slight tear is outstanding and when I made them aware of the damage I was instructed to send a photo and was emailed very quickly about a replacement. I got a personalized photograph poster and I have to say, as a photographer, the picture was so clear and accurate to the colors.
It came quite quickly and was such great quality.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from this website. It was an easy process online to pick out just what I wanted. I got this as a Valentine’s Day gift and with covid I was prepared that shipping might take a little longer. However much to my surprise my personalized print was delivered today! I had placed my order late Saturday night and had arrived Thursday afternoon! My print is exactly what I wanted and turned out great!! I’m so excited to give this as a gift and I just wanted to say how great my experience was with this store! Definitely will be my go to for personalized prints!

Online ordering was easy but the frame I wanted for the print I purchased was out of stock.
Then the product arrived wet and ruined, delivery companies fault. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful- they replaced the damaged poster and offered a future discount. Thank you!
