very helpfull for troubleshooting. i beleive i was the first person i buy a Genesis G90 kit so there was a few hiccups in the install as the documentation on the site was not updated but i reached out via email and got quick and timely responses. they helped me troubleshoot the install and everything works.

Never got the product

I ordered a remote start system for my 2019 Kia Forte, and the tracking showed it as “delivered,” but I never received the package.

When I checked the UPS tracking details, there was no delivery photo at all — not even proof it was delivered to my address.

I contacted customer service immediately and explained the situation. I also requested a refund since I couldn’t wait any longer — I live in Phoenix, Arizona where temperatures are over 100°, so having a working remote start system is extremely important.

Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund and placed the responsibility on UPS, even though they chose to ship the item without requiring a signature. That decision is entirely on the company, not the customer.

Because of this, I had no choice but to file a chargeback through my credit card company.

Very disappointing experience.

I would strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company.

Easiest remote start kit I’ve ever installed 👍
Also customer service is 100% 💪
When my first kit arrived, I could not get it to work with my car. I called customer service and they walked me through trying to install it again. Once nothing worked, they sent me a new kit and it came in 2 days! I installed the new computer and it worked as should 👌

Incredible product. Highly recommend

The shipping time was around 7 business days. The first one that they sent out was a faulty unit but costumer service was shockingly quick to respond with trouble shooting tips and when they did decide it was the module they where very quick to send out an new unit and let me wait till the new one got there before sending the other one back. This product and team behind it a awesome. If you are considering getting this I 1000% recommend. The working module was super easy and again could not recommend more. (I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis)

Remote start system for Hyundai sonata

I have a 2023 Hyundai sonata I have been using the remote start function now for close to 3 years over this period I have had no problems with the system and the team at “my team premium “ have been a pleasure to work with when or if I needed any help they have been very supportive and helpful thank you Natalie and the guys at myteam premium keep up the good work !

Must read if your purchasing their product! unresolved For 2023 kia forte keyed ignition! Now 3 years and counting!

Our Daughter bought her first brand new car. A 2023 kia forte base model.
Went to a Kia dealership to buy her a remote start add on kit for Christmas, since I have been watching her run outside and start the car in the mornings before work. And noticed her leaving the car running unlocked while she gets ready. Not to smart or safe, cuz anyone can walk by and see u later to her new car.

So Kia dealership said order a mykey premium remote start kit and it will work with her factory key Fob.
So I did. And got the kit just after Christmas,
I being a licensed dealership mechanic.
Installed it. And as they say easy plug and play. This part I can say is as they advertise.
Tried it after install. About 10 feet away. And it cranks but would not start.
So being a mechanic looked into why.
Found out that the 2023 model year changed their security feature to a Pats/smart key. Aka. Your new Kia required to have a key in the ignition to complete a signal and allow the vehicle to start.
So placed the key in ignition and re tested the start feature with the fob.
Yes it starts as they said.
But kinda pointless cuz the key is in ignition.
Contacted company customer service and had poor to no help from their support worker.
I tried to explain the issue.
They said sorry for what happened and for me to send the kit back and they will send a new kit that is correct for our vehicle.
New kit arrives. And it looks exactly the same. But tried installing it anyways since with new vehicles it can be as simple as programing inside an module and it works.
Tried it after install and surprise surprise same problem.
So contacted the customer service again. Via email. And this time the worker started getting kinda rude. Asking why I took so long to get back to them.
Explained that daughter does not live at home has work so I can only work around our schedules since people need to work and make money to live.
Explained what was happening again.
Told her what the issue was again.
And her rude reply back was sorry you don't have warranty it's been to long. Coming up to 8 months since I bought it now.
I said ok I get that but u sold me a product not cheap I might add. And it doesn't work like u advertised!
So please direct this email to your supervisor or somebody higher up that can help me.
Took about 2 months of emails and finally got a email back from the higher up.
Purchase date was just after Christmas 2023.
Dealing with customer service about their system not working till Oct 2, 2024.
And finally got a email reply back. From the management team.
Which to be honest with u made me a bit emotional cuz finally tere will be something done about this.

Email said " I want to let you know that we, the management team, are now directly taking over your case from our customer service team to ensure this is handled with the attention it deserves. I can completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
After reviewing your case, I can see that the issue started with an oversight on our end regarding the compatibility of our product with your 2023 kia forte, which is the latest facelift model. Our customer service team made an unfortunate mistake by recommending the 2019-2021 model. And I understand how frustrating this must be for you. As part of the management team, I want to take responsibility for this and assure you that we are committed to resolving this for you.
we are currently finalizing the development of a remote start system specifically designed to work with your 2023 kia forte's immobilizer and keyed ignition system. And we expect it to be in stock soon. Once it is available, we will gladly send you a replacement unit at no additional cost. Additionally, we will cover all your shipping expenses, including the previous and upcoming returns and send a full refund.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and I hope this solution works for you. I deeply apologize again for the inconvenience and I look forward to resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding
management team."

Now it is Feb, 27, 2026 and still waiting to hear back from this so called management team on when I will get my correct remote start kit and as said my full refund and reimbursement for any shipping cost that I had to pay out for.

So I think I've given them enough time to develop an system that works for our model kia and to make this right!

Still waiting.....

This whole thing has made me feel like a piece of $*it for letting our daughter down.
And not having a remote start system in her vehicle for her.

Being out a good chunk of money for a product that doesn't work as advertised.

And blown away that this company that is so quick to take your money from you.
Just ignores the paying customer. That have problems
Do no follow up what so ever.
So good job keep up the good work!

This product is the real deal!

I have a 2015 Genesis Ultimate that comes with an auto-start installed, so that cool, but Genesis forces you to download their application and pay a subscription to use it. This costs $200 annually and for being a new branded luxury car, it doesnt seem like a nice way to treat your customers to your experience. Anyway, after considering it for some months, i decided to bite the bullet and pay for their subscription...only to find out that they discontinued their application with "3g cellular services" being a thing of the past. This, essentially, makes my auto-start unusable with no way to bypass it! I did some research and found Mykeypremium.
Dollar for dollar, this is the best module you're going to find on the market. It uses your existing key fob to start your car, so you wont have to worry about another one hanging from your keychain, which is a plus. So back to the review...

My vehicle has a host of electronic devices (proximity sensors, heated rear seats, 17 speaker sound system with a Lexicon amplifier, heads-up display, etc) so initially, I had my doubts about the compatability of this product with all of my vehicles advanced features. After watching a short video the product suggests, and doing the install (All plug and play so there is absolutely no wires to splice), ill admit that im amazed at this products capabilities. For the price, it is value-friendly and works exactly as advertised. In addition to starting your car, it also unlocks and locks your car for you as you approach and leave. This company deserves utmost praise.
I had the pleasure of emailing Natalie a few times about this product and her communication with me was stellar; being friendly, informative, and very helpful. So if you want an auto-start module with no paywall subscription, then look no further. If you want and auto-start with true value and works great every time, then this is the product for you!

Great Customer Service

I initially had an issue with the install and customer service was great to work with. Very responsive and helped troubleshoot the issue. They immediately sent me a replacement. It was an easy and quick install and works perfectly. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

AU 2022 Kia Cerato GT NOT COMPATIBLE

Ok, I am in Melbourne Australia with a 2022 Kia Cerato GT.
I asked them via email if they had tested and confirmed the product work, they assured me yes.
When I got the unit, installed it correctly(they asked me 12 times to remove and refit this unit) the ca starts great with the remote, but the Aussie version does not have the correct “take over” wire to enable the brake pedal to activate the system. After 50 emails back and forth I gave up.
I am a Mechanic, so I eventually investigated this and there is simply a connection missing that enables the full ignition to turn on. I had proof!

They still insisted I installed it wrong, I had taken a video of me installing it, with all connectors shown, dip switches shown and they still said I installed wrong.

They have a useless customer support team, the system does NOT work on a 2022 Kia Cerato GT.
Yes it starts, but no ability to get into the car and drive off. You have to double press the remote to turn the car off, then can start normally.
The ease of install is great, but this exact model fails.

The installation was easy as it looked, but it was a bit challenging to actually install some of the wires. Other than that complication, I really like the product, easy and efficient. If you don’t have remote start, you should definitely get it from here. Best purchase I ever made.

Absolute game‑changer when you don’t have a garage in the winter.

I picked up the MyKeyPremium remote start module for my Genesis G70 and I’m genuinely impressed. My original unit didn’t work, but their support team was fantastic — they walked me through troubleshooting, immediately confirmed the issue, and shipped a replacement right away along with a prepaid return label for the defective one. It's a great product it works really well was a little tough to install one of the plugs had a little trouble getting it to work again after I disconnected my vehicle battery and reconnected it but all in all great remote start.

Simple plug and play a novice can install...

I was looking for a simple plug and play remote start for my GF car. The MyKeyPremium is just that, and eliminates the need of a professional installer, time to install, and cutting of any wires! As long as you have somewhat of a mechanical aptitude and minimal tools, you should be able to install without any issues.

My only mistake was ordering the wrong year (off by one year)... but Natalie at customer service via e-mail was quick to reply and sent replacement parts the same day!

The only issue I experienced, was that the contact phone number did not work and did not allow to leave a message. I am hoping the equipment has longevity, as it was well woth the 30-60 min install time.

installation of the unit was not difficult at all, the features it offered for us works real well. we did have a small install problem with set up. sent concern via e-mail and had quick responses to resolve the problem.

On December 29th I called the 800…

On December 29th I called the 800 number to this company and talk to I wish I could remember her name on the phone I was having an issue with my remote start that was just installed. They ended up switching me to support team that I heard from in about 15 minutes from the phone call. Natalie was very helpful on taking the information on my issue and getting the problem resolved. They had me take pictures of the harnesses and they also sent harnesses out that day to replace them. Once I receive them in the mail I did put them on and everything worked great. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service from this business. I would definitely use them again. Customer service was great all the people were very kind and polite. Scott

Hyundai Kona 2021 Remote start

Ok, I’ll be honest here, the first time I bought the product I was not happy as the module wasn’t functioning as it should be. I sent an email to Mykey premium team and I received a response the next day from Natalie. Natalie professionally expressed her company apology about the issue and she gave me all tips and tricks that could help to solve the issue. I tried all the tips with no luck and I replied back to Natalie that it didn’t work. Natalie worked with her team and sent my the replacement right away and guess what, it worked perfect from the first trial. The product is good and make my son life easier when he able to remote start the car during the cold weather. I’m really happy with this company and the way it handled my case and that is why I gave them 5 stars without an eye blink 😊. This issue could happen to any of you when you get a defected product, but not all companies handle the situation the same way MyKey premium handle it
