I only rated this company one star because I could not rate this company LESS.
DO NOT ORDER / PURCHASE ANYTHING.
This company is a complete scam and I am in the process of reporting the to the National Cyber Security Centre.
They will tell you your item has been despatched then refused at the point of delivery and returned even though the parcel was not refused - why would it be?
When contacted they will then say they cannot refund / replace due to this and are unable to provide want evidence that delivery was attempted!
I have been trying to get transparency and resolution for over a month. Impossible!
I cannot warn you strongly enough! AVOID! It is a complete and utter scam!

The company uses EVRI to deliver UK parcels. A company that does seem to struggle with reliability, and accuracy of delivery. Even worse for dealing with complaints of incorrect delivery address.
The company I purchased from suggests i contact the courier, the courier suggests I contact the seller!
Proof of delivery photo is not my property, and there seems to be no recourse. The seller simply keeps sending the same email advising that the item shows as delivered!

I bought what they are calling a potato peeler, it neither peels potatoes or anything else for that matter, also there’s a part that won’t stay in place which is needed to function, I have contacted numerous occasions for a return and refund to no avail since December 25, don’t buy from this company they false advertise and fob u off, I have a piece of rubbish in a box waiting to be returned but they won’t answer my emails now STEER CLEAR at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered items on 7 December based on the website’s stated delivery timeframe of 7–15 days. The parcel did not arrive until 29 December, far too late for the Christmas gifts they were purchased for. I had to buy replacements elsewhere.
When I contacted the company, they said I could return the items for a refund, (only as a result of my PayPal despute) by completing a form on their website. I did this and sent confirming email via PP. They have not provided the return return instructions needed to do so. Despite multiple emails and messages through PayPal, they have not responded.
Their lack of communication is now putting me at risk of missing their own 30‑day return window. I have followed every step they asked for, but they have not followed through on their side.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I continue to pursue this through PP and now my credit card provider. They don't even deserve the one star. Shameful customer service.

Absulute scam. Avoid at all costs. Products don’t work and will not provide return address or details for a refund. Please don’t buy anything from them.

Their courier Evri failed to make the delivery (despite it being a work address). Had to go back to My Lovely Home to pursue. Despite corresponde from them, ZERO resolution. Just keep being told with relevent department. Fortunately only £20 and delivery cost. But very much doubt i'll be seeing that again, now 7 weeks in.

WHY are they still allowed to be in business?? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING...I am £110 out of pocket, the same story as others' who bought paid and received nothing.

If you could leave 0 stars I would. Blatant scam and what is in fact fraud, taking money and providing nothing. Avoid as you chase and get little back, shocking ‘company’.

Id give no stars if I could. I'm over £200 down on something ordered on October 5th, obviously it never turned up. Why are these people still allowed to advertise???

ordered a mini spatula: does not feel or perform like food-grade silicone, it stained the first time it was used and it took 3 weeks to arrive as it comes from China. Poor quality.

ordered a mini hair straightener off a link on face book 3 weeks ago.

after a week of chasing via emails for tracking, nothing arrived.

thought I would check trustpilot. These guys are obviously scammers.

do not use this company says delivered i have not seen my parcel and they cant show receipt of delivery,

I ordered and paid for it an egg cracker never recieved it. I was advised 2 day delivery.

i ordered the ninja ice cream maker . 10.10.25 .had email out of stock but had some in the other warehouse . it would take longer but it has not arrived and you cant contact them on email. total scam.

I purchased a super absorbent bath/ shower mat, but what arrived was nothing like what was advertised on their website. A complete scam.
I can't even leave a review with the photos of the purchase I received.

Complete SCAM do not purchase. Looks too good to be true and is. Goods never arrive despite E mails to the contrary. Ended up obtaining my money back from my credit card company.

I purchased & got advised items ordered could get back in stock in 10 days, I requested a refund, which was 08th October, would you believe because I knew, it would not hit my account, I am going to Trading standards I have enough to close these. I looked at reviews before I purchased & paid, never again. These item they were going to send me was possibly second revamped models but sold as new, because of the price I paid.

I to believe this maybe a scam as i ordered the ninji ice cream swirli for £119 on 21st september,it stated 2-3 days for delivery but after this time no delivery,i contacted them and did get a reply and they stated allow 5-7 business days.I was able to track the order which showed that it was coming from abroad.on 15th October it stated it was due to be delivered the next day.Then on 17th October it stated it was delivered at 03:05,funny that not a normal delivery time when people are asleep.Tried to contact them via there normal contact unable to so sent them an email,surprise surprise no reply.Thankfully I paid for this with my credit card so am now going through them to try and get my money back.So word of warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,IF THE PRICE SEEMS TO GO TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS

This company are a scam .bought a ninja swirl advertised with great reviews. Unfortunatly they were made up. Paid £ 119 which was a great price, paid 23rd sept told 3-5days delivery. Weeks went by email after email fobed off. Then they closed down the web site. Got my money back as i used credit card. They said it was a scam. Avoid my lovely home like the plague
