Really happy with our AstroTurf. After ages of searching we found My Lovely Lawn. From the outset the communications were brilliant and we were clearly spoken through the process and price. They were very accommodating with availability and very tidy and polite. Would recommend!! Thanks!

I was nervous about taking the leap to artificial grass due to cost and not really knowing a local company. I found My Lovely Lawn through the internet and initial contact was made by Adam. All through the process he was helpful and informative without being pushy. Samples of the grass were sent before i had committed. A site visit followed where i was able to meet Adam and discuss in more detail what I'd like. He also advised on the merits of the different grasses.
Once I'd committed an installation date was quickly agreed upon. I liked that we used a WhatsApp group to communicate.
He arranged delivery of skip, grass and aggregates which all arrived as planned.
Workers arrived as scheduled and completed my job in 2 days. Im really pleased with the new look.
On completion i received a maintenance tools and tips pdf, which I'm yet to read together with my 10 year warranty pdf.
The whole team i dealt with were great. There even took care by placing boarding down when emptying aggregates so as not to damage my driveway.
All in all a great experience. Professional and personable.

Josh & the team were very helpful throughout the process - from our initial enquiry, helping with advice on best choice of artificial grass for where we wanted this laid, to arranging a convenient time to install, the installation and care taken- ensuring we were 100% happy with the finished lawn - which we obviously are!! The installation time was quick with all old foliage, grass and weeds removed and taken away. They worked hard and fast in warm conditions, starting early in the morning. They were very polite, exceedingly friendly and professional, leaving the place clean and tidy afterwards. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a competitive quote with a great end result. We will be asking them back to do another area soon.

Communication was good before installation date. The date had to be re-scheduled due to bad weather, and the team worked on a Sunday to get the job done. The work was fully completed in one day. There was a problem with the measurements which was our fault, and the company were able to work around this to a satisfactory finish.
I am very happy with my new artificial grass, and wish I’d got it done years ago. The end result is amazing and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I think they did a great job!

We are so pleased with the artificial grass - looks amazing. We received a lot of very helpful information from My Lovely Lawn prior to placing order. The removal of the old lawn (mostly weeds), preparation of area for the artificial grass and then the laying was all done very efficiently and the working area was cleaned to the point of not being able to tell it had been used at all. The finish is perfect and we would highly recommend My Lovely Lawn

I was really pleased with the company from start to finish: from the beginning stages (selecting and receiving samples, obtaining an estimate for the timeframe and cost, deciding between samples), through the organising of appointments for delivery and installation, all the way to actual installation. Great experience all round from the initial call all the way through to job completion. Planning was very smooth, they were quick to answer any queries I had ahead of the day. Booked a slot within 2-3 weeks.

On the day they arrived early, and completed the lawn within the day - very quick, efficient and the final product looks amazing.

They sent aftercare tips, and I even referred my friends - we've had so many compliments on the garden!

Great workmanship, attention to detail. We have had our fair share of dodgy workmen and I am so happy to say this was NOT the case with these guys!

My garden is now so beautiful and useable with this artificial lawn installation. The guys were really friendly, did a great job within a few hours and paid a lot of attention to detail around some of the edges. And the best part is they managed to install it around an existing tree and tree support post.

Was recommended a grass by one of the sales team upfront, Harpenden 38, despite it being cheaper. Even after not listening and requesting all the samples, he ended up being right, it was the best grass after all.

Would of course recommend to any prospective buyers.
