Update to my initial review.
Finaly received my order. Later than promised. Lynn (CEO) looked into the delay and communicated very well. Customer service was 5 stars, but the false advertisement for shipping was unsatisfactory. Mentioned they should explain on the order form of longer shipping times for certain zip codes. Picture quality was a little blurry on my 12x9 custom canvas.

Several updates on order-shipping etc. However, final product had a blurry image despite using a professional photo so felt sublimation quality could have been better.
