Mymirror is such a great service. You have such a great variety of Psychologists to choose from. The convenience of being able to book after work hours is great. My Psychologist is a great match for me. Highly recommend using this service.

My counsellor Janice was very non judgemental in her response to my anxiety issues and she helped me a lot in dealing with my negative thoughts and emotions that kept me in low spirits.i need to forgive myself more for being my true self to others to stop people pleasing too much.whatever my thoughts are they are my own as well as my feelings and reactions to others.if they dont like how I respond to them it is on them not me.

My Mirror is an amazing service. Leaving house is very difficult so having a service I can access from home is wonderful. Everyone I dealt with has been lovely and compassionate.

My Mirror is an excellent quick and efficient service with no hassles at all, I was promptly connected to an excellent psychologists that was able to assist and meet my needs that provided amazing services. I was able to be bulk billed were other services didn’t seem to be interested and were extremely difficult to be able see a clinician’s that bulk billed, I'm extremely grateful for this service and cannot fault in any manner.

My experience with my psychologist has been great! She goes above and beyond what I expected including messaging me between sessions to remind me to book in or if a cancellation occurs, she lets me know why. The treatment itself has been better than what I have experienced with psychologists I have tried in person that are in my area. The care provided here is amazing! I highly recommend giving it a try if you're able to, I have found the care more helpful than anything else.

My Mirror has been such an incredible tool for my mental health and have provided supportive steps along every part of my journey. From directing where I can easily access a mental health plan, offering financial support to ensure I could access the sessions, to ensuring I found a good fit with my therapist, offering me an extra session to ensure the best fit for my journey when I initially didn’t click with my therapist, my mirror truly goes above and beyond!

My Mirror has provided me the opportunity to choose my own clinical psychologist. My experience, so far, has been wonderful. Jules is supportive, encouraging, non-judgemental, caring and understanding. As adults, we tend to keep things bottled up, buried deep down and held on to, tightly. The opportunity to let some things out and to talk through issues, is incredibly relieving and freeing.

Mark is incredible. I haven't had many successful experiences with Psychologists, but he is amazing. He makes me feel heard, and also very calming.
