The best part is the easy to use system. This is because people who need it can receive a range of therapeutical services within minutes and most importantly it is kept super simple and not confusing.

Only had one session and I felt better!
I had one free session with one of the team members from MYND UP and even though it was only an hour, they got the the point and they quickly figured out what I wanted from these sessions and how best to achieve the goals I have set myself towards a happier and healthier lifestyle. It’s fairly affordable and worth the money, especially if you feel lost or overwhelmed with where to begin.
Would highly recommend!

MYNDUP is a fantastic company with a great range of practitioners. I found it to be super accessible and a great experience. Even one session was enough to see a difference and the benefits - I would definitely recommend this company and had a great experience with them myself!

Making mental health support truly accessible
Myndup is a great company on mission to increase the breadth of access to mental health support. They have a real passion for their work and this translates in everything they do. I've always found Joel and his team to be super efficient and they make the process as simple as possible for both clients and practitioners. Would definitely recommend.

As a practitioner, I have found the Myndup platform to be reliable, consistent and of good quality. The back up support, responsiveness and encouragement is excellent and motivational. The standard, content and frequency of communications is very professional and makes my job not only easier but much more enjoyable ... and I believe.... helpful and valued.

A Life Changing Experience
I have often been skeptical of the benefits of life coaching and counselling having tried both over the last couple of years. My experience with Myndup has totally changed my perspective on this. Further to my sessions, I feel motivated and focused and I now have a clear roadmap to achieve my goals. This has been a truly life changing experience so far and I look forward to continuing my journey with the help of my incredible Myndup coach! - I would highly recommend this service.
