Sehr schlechter Kundenservice

Leider bin ich auch auf diesen Shop reingefallen. Ich habe eine Kette geliefert bekommen, in der ein Stein gefehlt hatte.
Auf Nachfrage, ob mir die Kette ersetzt wird, oder ob ich sie zurück schicken kann und mir dafür bitte ein Retourenlabel zugesandt werden könnte, würde erst nach Ablauf der retourenfrist geantwortet.
Natürlich mit einer Absage.
Nie wieder Mynecklaze.

Absolut kranke Scammer

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass der Weihnachtsmann zu Besuch kommt ist höher als die eine Antwort von denen zu erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Frechheit. Die haben von mir die Ware wieder bekommen und dann meine Rückgabe abgelehnt. Ketten und Geld weg.

Nie wieder!

Ich habe vor Weihnachten dort ein Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt. Die Bestellung hat erst sehr lange gedauert bis es ankam (aber da sage ich erstmal nichts gegen weil ja Weihnachtssaison war). Dann war die Bestellung da und wurde an Weihnachten aufgepackt und anprobiert und ist DIREKT kaputt gegangen. Dann habe ich den Support geschrieben (innerhalb der 14 Tage um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen) und habe freundlicherweise nie eine Antwort bekommen :,) werde da nie wieder bestellen!

All I can say is BS

Well I cant seem to find my last review but my daughter bought me a neckless for mothers in April 2020 which said it was in Canada to find out after still not getting it that apparently it was coming from Germany. They gave us the BS of covid and that its stuck in customs. Waited, waited and waited still nothing. Someone from the company responded to my daughter and gave her a choice of a gift card or 10% off her purchase she chose the 10% as she will never drop another cent to this so called company. Her last follow up they are saying now that it must be lost and that they can put in a claim. No response since. My thoughts is this company is a scam and they are Just stealing peoples money. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Non-existent customer service

This company is a joke. They’re not a United States-based company and know that during Covid, shipments cannot be ship from whatever country their manufacturing in to the US. Yet they still take orders, and charged me a fee to expedite shipping.

My order has been stuck in France for over a week. When I tried to call the company there is no phone number just a customer service email with an automated response. They had the balls to email me yesterday to see how I liked my bracelet (that never came) and if there’s any other problems they would give me a discount.

Don’t order from this company. There’s a good chance you will never get your merchandise and even a better chance that you will never get a hold of customer service.

Horrible Service

Yep, promised it by Christmas after taking 4 days of being ignored. It's not here,these people are horrible. Never,ever do business with this shady outfit They gave me all kinds of B****** in emails sayin sorry, I'm sure they'll be more. Made it a point that I'd pay more for shipping to be here by Christmas,

Very poor service from this company.. If you purchase with the promised delivery of pre Mothers day 31st of March.. Guaranteed.. Delivery finally turned up on 6th April.. After several emails chasing this delivery before it eventually arrived I might add this company don't even use a recorded delivery service it turn up with in a plain small parcel put through letter box. On emailing there customers service department there was an offer of a 15%discount or earring they said was valued at £49.. Asked them to confirm their offer by return still waiting 3 days gone by.. No reply..
I PURCHASED on PayPal thinking this would give my some security but beware if they don't bother to reply to PayPal you can contact PayPal all you want your complaint just get left in file waiting for response... So think twice when Guaranteed delivery is advertised from this company

What a absolute joke this company is!
Their customer service is appalling and takes days to answer your email and even then it's automated response.
Avoid at all costs and please if you see on their website that they have 5 stars from trust pilot it's a con, their reviews are appalling.

I'm afraid this company is a scam

I'm afraid this company is a scam. And many other customers also seem to have been caught, judging by the reviews online. My Order number is 78449849. This company use a .com.au address to create the idea that they are an Australian company, which is specifically what I looked for when deciding to buy online.
I ordered my necklaces (two) to take as gifts and ordered them 5 weeks before I needed them. To be doubly sure, I even paid the express delivery. The tracking showed that they would arrive within 14 working days, but that came and went. My repeated emails were unanswered and the tracking is useless after the "expected date of delivery". There is no way of tracking them. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will see neither the goods nor your money again. If you paid through paypal, you might get your money back, but that will not save you from the disappointment of not getting what you ordered. I have the confirmation of this order and their initial response to my first email in my possession. They said it was a short delay and goods would arrive in 2 - 3 days at the most. After the first response they sent, I couldn't get a hold of them ever again!

Never Again - Even if free!
The competency of this company leaves a hell of a lot to be desired! I certainly will never use or ever recommend this company to anyone! Its been stressful, the exorbitant 'early delivery charges' are extortionate for what should be an express three/five day turnaround should not be 10 -14 days! This is not 'Quality Service' neither are the the items! I have just received them.......The quality is terrible,the wording doesn't line up, the gift boxes are what you'd expect them to come in anyway!? let alone pay the extra £4.95 or so extra!! They let me down and I'll never forgive them for that, the stress they have caused us over items that are well over priced!? If I had paid half what I'dd paid, I'dd still be very p'eed off and thought I'dd been over charged!?
Simple answer............Don't waste your money on Mynecklace.com.

BROKEN NECKLACE!!!!!!

Chain broke a monrh later, only wore 5 times special occasions. bogus company!!! No customer service phone number, only email. Emailed company multiple times no response 2 months later still waiting...... has not been resolved😢

Took a long time but satisfied!

On March 24, 2016 I wrote a very negative review about a broken product I
received last December. After MANY MANY emails to this company and months gone by the issue was still not resolved UNTIL I posted the negative review on Trustpilot. The very next day after the review I received an email from the company with many apologies a 70% refund AND an UPGRADE to the necklace I orginally purchased. I excepted this deal and sure enough they have kept their promise. I received a beautiful upgraded SS necklace, a 70% refund and they even threw in a nice pair of earrings for my troubles. So sorry I had to resort to drastic measures to get their attention but this time they did do EVERYTHING they said they would. Although it was a rough start I am satisfied with my new product and rescind my first review.

Was leery at first...

I was a bit leery at first because for whatever reason, when I Google'd MyNeckLace.com I didn't see the greatest reviews. The review made this company sound a bit sketchy and I of course I made the mistake of checking out this company after I made my order and got nervous when I didn't seem to get an order confirmation right away. Well I emailed a "complaint" to the company and received my necklace in about the same time that I got the email response back! Got my necklace in 48 hours! I was so pleased, looks great and is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. *Now keep in mind I believe the necklaces come from NYC and I live in PA so I'm obviously close.
The customer service was excellent and quick to respond and keep me updated. - Let's put it this way, I was so happy with not only their product and service I had to write them back and tell them how happy I was - hence this review.

I have been wanting a name plate necklace since high school (many moons ago - we won't go into how many) but I've always been too cheap to get one or always found it hard to get one in Silver with my name: Anastasia

Great price (I believe I only paid about 30-something for mine - compared to similar products at least double the cost) and quality!

So happy I found MyNeckLace.com - I will be buying there again and I have already referred my family & friends!
