I had a detailed call with Nuvia regarding my prosthesis of eight front teeth. They kept offering several promotions, which was distressing, as I wanted to discuss my medical situation. Anyway, one of the offers was a $100 Amazon gift certificate (stated several times) if I brought my husband (or "significant other"), so my husband changed his schedule to accommodate me. Upon arrival on my appt date, they took what became an unnecessary xray, because the staff person (no prosthedontist or surgeon), after the xray, then stated that the company does not do prosthetics ... something that could have been told to me on the phone before our first appt. AND, no one gave us a $100 Amazon gift certificate as promised. As a result of notifying them several days later, they sent the $100 gift certificate and the credit appeared in my account. However, Nuvia could have told me on the first phone call that they didn't do "prosthetics" and saved us both time.
