Nice software for tracking calls records.

My operator services for call systems is truly simple to use and setup. Moreover the staff handling queries and process is helpful and prompt. Especially, Naina has provided our organization great service from time to time

We are a user of My operator. Its very user-friendly panel; it would be great if we can edit the notes. The Service from the team is highly appreciating. Our experience with MyOperator has been great. After the basic initial teething problems where MyOperator did their best to sort the issues out, it has been a smooth journey. Their presales and onboarding teams are really good. We had an issue with the number that they had allotted to us at first - but their teams worked with us and made sure that we received a fresh number. Their teams were constantly in touch with us and helped us and them recover from a potentially disastrous situation. Their assets are their personnel and of course the software itself is pretty good as well. We have had very few complaints over the past few months we have been using them.

MyOperator has been a great tool which has helped our communication tremendously. All the support provided so far has been great. Account manager has been key with all our support request. The only suggestion I would have is to have more customization options and integration ease. Thanks for such a wonderful, powerful & affordable product.
