A scam for doing nothing
This company deceived my wife into paying $350 to fill out two of the same free official forms on the government site. I stopped her and did it on the official form for our 3rd child in less time at zero cost. It charged for "processing fees" that she thought went toward the expected passport processing fees of the government, but no, we still have to pay the $135 government fee for each child. You can tell they know that they're playing a gotcha game because they quickly send a refund FAQ saying there's nothing you can do. Also, this is not a US Company, it's based on Europe.
