What a scam. Said send us 25 bucks and we'll solve your problem. After they got my 25 bucks the said "great, now send us another 180 bucks and we'll solve your problem.

people got on to fixing my problem right away.

I am using you probably like what 5-6 years , I was happy with you before Charles , when I tell him about my problem , he is all about talking not working, it is annoying to log in every time and hear about money or what I should buy or pay, the guys before did not do it every time but when there was time to renew my utilities program and they did ask me on the end when they fixed my computer. And it annoys me mainly because when I asked if I should renew my antivirus you said NO because I have YOU , so make up your mind what do you tell your customers because I have a very good memory . How I should renew utilities for next year if I feel like you changed and I do not trust you anymore , I feel every time I need to use you because I know what to expect , and it is not what I was used to before , so I am changing my review after so many years . Customers do not want to hear the moment they log in what to buy or where to spend their money especially when they have a problem or want to fix something .The review I will change if you change too . I am grateful for the previous years , but now I am unhappy with you . Please stop making your customer feel like when I do not buy something you will not fix my computer . It is beginning of March and I bought your service for all year 2024. Whether I still will use your service in 2025 it depends only on you. Thank you

Excellent quick service to answer all my issues. Both the initial tech rep, and the advanced tch rep did excellent jobs fixing my computer issues.

The ease with which we were able to get to work on the problem and the clarity of the dialog over the chat line made this as stress free as I could imagine

Each person that I chatted with was very polite and took the time to explain what they were going to do ahead of time and then afterwards explained what the problem was. Since I am not computer literate, they did not make me feel dumb or inferior but treated me with utmost respect. They were able to fix the problem and also installed an icon so that if I ever have any future issues I can quickly reach them.

I did not five stars because they will take care my future problems. I have not experience with my future problem, however, I have every reason to believe that My PC Utilities service will be Excellent.

I had issues with downloading software & I was initially helped By Charles & then my problems were sorted by senior technician Ryan. All done very quickly. Left me a very happy person.

I bought a used laptop that had a lot of problems. They worked on it for a very long time. they kept in touch with me and fixed so many things that were wrong. I would definitely recommend them. Plus they were very nice.

i have had problems with my E-mail in the past i really dont know what the problem is i as i am not tech savvy however i think there is a glich in my system that been said the tech perservered fixed the problem and cleaned up my laptop system well done chaps beers alround 09102023

Working with mypc utilities support team was great, easy to communicate with. They were able to clean up and fix all of my issues remotely and very quick.

I installed this program yesterday and there is a free trial period where you do not have to sign up. I ran the program and then found out it removed all of the information from my password tool. they will not help me unless i pay them. This is the classic definition of a ransomewear software
