This was a fast sufficient process and I would use this service for future cover letters and update my resume the only thing is the subscription it says free then ask for a payment to download your documents which I feel is a little bogus that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star

Charged 27 Times Without Clear Subscription Disclosure
I used this service once for a single cover letter and was unknowingly enrolled into a recurring subscription.
Over the period from February 2024 to December 2025, my card was charged 27 times at $23.95 each, totaling $646.65, without clear disclosure, reminder emails, or transparent notice of renewal. I did not actively use the service during this time.
This billing practice lacks transparency and does not meet reasonable standards for fair subscription management. I have requested cancellation, a full refund, and escalation to senior staff. Haven’t heard back yet.
Be careful when trying their service and remember to check your bank statement as they won’t tell you.

Regardless of how the trial and subscription are described in your internal flow, I did not knowingly consent to a long-term recurring subscription, did not receive meaningful renewal reminders, and did not actively use the service during the period I was charged.
Over more than two years, my card was charged repeatedly for a service I did not intentionally subscribe to or use, and I was only offered a small prorated refund after raising the issue. That does not resolve the underlying concerns about transparency, consent, and fair billing practices.
I am continuing to pursue resolution of this matter directly.
