I don't understand all of the negative comments. I ordered the watch and the full color necklace. They both are absolutely perfect. Exactly what I expected and maybe even a little better. It was about a 4 weeks wait, but it was a custom order, from China, for crying out loud! I agree with the other person on here, people are spoiled now a days and expect everything right a way and have very little respect for anyone anymore. Do your research and send good quality photos. And no, I'm not a robot or got paid anything to write this. My honest opinion of my order. I'm sure every experience is different, but this one was great. Who knows, maybe I was just one of the lucky ones. I would buy from here again. I will try something different next time, just to test the experience again.

Yah, booo! Just got my $50 personalize gumball machine ring in the mail today, one month after the date “they” stated for delivery. Could have carved this better myself out of tin foil...giving less then one star is not an option.

Still 30 days late. No customer service at all.

I also would not give this site a 1 star. I am SO disappointed in the quality and service of this company. Should have did some homework before I ordered.
Can't see the image unless you angle the charm a certain way to catch the light. Also ordered 12/4/18 and received it 12/29/18. This was to be a gift for my best friend.
I have not heard from anyone at Mypets.gift after numerous attempts on my part.

I would have given 5 stars if I had known that the product came from China. I just figured that it was from the United States or another country nearby. Because of it coming from China, it took much longer to receive than I anticipated. But not big deal, because when it arrived three weeks later, it was perfect. I had the picture my mother-in-law's dog engraved on the necklace because her dog had passed away very recently. When she got the necklace she cried because it looked exactly like her dog, Ellie. They did a great job on it. So, I have no complaints other than the fact that it wasn't clear upon purchase that the product was from China and would take a bit longer to receive.

Honestly, just ignore all the more than 1 star reviews. I'm pretty sure those people are not real customers. Literally everything the every 1 star review said is true. I can't imagine in what world someone would give this place more than 0 stars (I wish I could give it less than 1). I don't even think it's worthwhile sharing my story since it's exactly the same as the other one. Not only did they're product come broken with missing pieces, but they also told me to fix it myself, then offered me $8 back after I spent over $100.

It's a scam. Don't bother with them. Can't believe anyone gave them a review of something other than the worse they could give.

Ordered a necklace of our Cockapoo for my wife. Came out fantastic...exact duplicate of the photo provided. Was delivered in a timely manner and had excellent tracking info. Couldn’t be happier.

I ordered the 925 keychain as a gift for my husband after our beloved Bobo passed in September. The pictures are so detailed and with an original price of about $100 I thought it would come with that much detail and on the 925 silver as advertized. The keychain itself is super lightweight and looks to be etched onto a heavy aluminum material. There is no way this is 925 silver. And when I say etched, that's exactly what it is. There is detail, but nothing like you see in the pictures they show. With their return policy, it doesn't make financial sense to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well I placed my order over 3 months ago and never received my order. When I try to track the order it says it was not found but they sure did find my 43 dollars. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I saw this ad on facebook and from now on I will check out the reviews before I order anything!!!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter and have yet to receive it. It has been 4 weeks. When you email to get an update you dont get a response back. This is a scam. I wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered. This company should be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to throw money out the window. If there was a way to rate this company as no stars that is what they should get.

Can not get in touch with this company, ordered over a month ago. My son is an attorney, going to talk to him about taking action on this scam of a company.

Ok, enough of the 1 star review nonsense. People are so spoiled these days. They set their expectations too high or don’t do something right when they are ordering a custom product. Maybe it’s because Amazon has taken Customer service to a new level. My order took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was to be expected as it shipped from China or somewhere. They provided tracking upon request and were pretty responsive. After reading the reviews after I ordered, I went ahead and wrote it off as a loss. Figured the necklaces would look like crap and nothing like the pictures because of what everyone was saying, but it was exactly the opposite! They look EXACTLY like my girlfriend’s dogs and she is going to love it. Literally could not ask for any better. I got exactly what I ordered. I am going to guess the people that were disappointed submitted crappy photos, and although I admit the company should offer a proof of concept or better communication when it comes to what the customer expects and the photo quality provided by the customer, I don’t care. I submitted a high quality photo and they did a good job. I’m sure they’re cheap to make and only cost $40 each, but most companies would probably charge you even more and prey on you. Dog lovers are vulnerable and I bet this company could charge $100+ and get the same volume. I recommend as long as you are in no rush to receive them. Don’t listen to the spoiled people’s 1 star reviews. I am a legitimate customer and I make over $300K/year and I am happy with my purchase.

Fraudsters. I ordered a dog bag a month ago and I do not have any information. I have engaged lawyers I will shut out the company and take all the money they do not know who they tried to cheat !!!!

Caution!!! This is a scam website/business! A friend of mine attempted to place an order three times in a ten-minute window, putting in his credit card info each time, and receiving an error message each time. He was suddenly notified by his credit card company that a suspicious purchase had been made to an online female clothing company using his card. THIS "BUSINESS" AND PEOPLE OPERATING IT ARE THIEVES!!!

Horrible. Scam. Disappointing. Pathetic excuse for a company. They should be shut down or sued.

I cannot think of a bigger way to waste my money. I placed an order (before checking reviews) and cancelled the second I did look at the reviews...Just over 12 hours later. Now I am fighting to get my money back. The 50% off deal is another scam - once all the extras were figured in it cost more than the original list price.

Does anyone know if anything can be done to shut them down to save others the hassle and bullsh*t of dealing with them??

I ordered a necklace for my daughter and myself. I never heard from them. When I contacted them through PayPal, they said one of the photos was too blurry. I asked which one, and why wasn’t I notified.
They had no response and quit replying. No offer to send the necklaces or give a refund! COMPLETE SCAM.

If I could give a 0 I would. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the full color pendant and im so upset with it. The photo is very dark . Not bright like the one I submitted. Their response was I chose the titanium base it turned out that way. Well, the web site should say it will be dark with that metal. Their next response is "I'm so sorry". No offer to fix it. I was going to order earrings too. I ordered out if emotion because I had just lost my furbaby.

Mypets.gift provides Horrible shoddy workmanship. After waiting 3 weeks for the product (bracelet with my dog charm) I was very disappointed. Not even sure if it’s silver (yellow tinge). Etching is very pale—nothing like their examples. Many areas (including links) are very sharp and deformed. I need to have someone finish it so it’s wearable. DON’T BUY!

It took about 4 weeks to get to our house but the result is absolutely amazing. It really looks exactly like my daughters dog. So even when taking the shipment time into account I would not hesitate at all to order something again in the future.

I would love to add a picture for you all to see but that is not possible.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered a necklace and key chain and they look nothing like the picture I sent. Took about a month to get the items. Not even worth sending back for a refund since there is a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. From reading the reviews it appears no one has ever received a refund. Waste of money. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.
