DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I was sent out a blob of cheap metal with what looks like a thumb print on it, they offered to remake the ring if I paid another $15. Customer service is absolutely shocking, they accept no responsibility and after I wrote my opinion on Facebook they blocked me. Scammers!!!
Obviously the positive feedback on here is set up!
The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because negative stars aren't an option!!!

My dad asked what I wanted for my birthday and so I said I want a necklace of my dog from mypet.com so he ordered it and I picked the picture out. I waited 12 days. And when I got it it was a thin pice of metal and the picture was barely engraved they edited the picture a BUNCH my dog didn’t look happy and the eyes were so creepy they didn’t even engraved the eye all the way so there was just a weird dot in the middle of her eye that was not on the picture! They cut out her tail and her tongue. And in the picture on the website on the model is a pretty ball chain when I got mine it was so ugly. I could keep going on about how bad the Quality Of the necklace was but I have other things to do. I just want people who are considering buying this knows how much faulty advertising they do. Me and my dad both agree that it was not worth $40 and I wouldn’t buy this if it was $5

Don’t buy from them. Never shipped my order. Never returned emails. Finally got PayPal involved and the finally shipped it about 2-3 months late.
Finally got it, the image was so faint you could barely see it. Sent them a picture of it, they said it was an error and wanted me to pay another $15 (on a $30 order that originally had free shipping) to send me a new one. I had no idea if the new one would even be any better.
So... stay away

This is horrible. The photos I sent were clear. They made everyone look like they had pig noses. The quality stinks for the price. And they don't refud. Stay away from this company.

Other than the etching not being as dark as I would have liked it to be. It came in a reasonable amount of time conciderably it came from China, and it is adorable. It will seem at first that the pendant won't fit. This is so if it falls off you won't lose the charm. You have to push it though the loop. Seems like a safety precaution, I lose everything and I like that they did that actually.

Key ring of my dog Patches arrived today and I cannot stop laughing, it's amazing. The detail is great. What a great gift to give to my dad for Father's Day. I can see loads of people have left negative reviews, but I am thrilled with my purchase!

Awful company. I have been emailing them since February over the terrible quality necklace they sent me. They offered to remake it on the condition I paid to return the original and also that I paid an additional 50% fee. Like I’d trust them after their original dreadful efforts!

They offered an $8 refund which I refused then agreed to refund all of the $44 I paid in early April and I have still not seen my refund. Variously, they’ve claimed that they have refunded it to my Alipay account (I don’t have one), that they have sent it and to be patient, and that they refunded it on 5 March! All lies. I refuse to leave them alone as, while my money may be gone, at least I can spam them and publicise what an awful company they are.

Recently, a new company selling the same gear called petsun.mobi has sprung up with the same contact email addresses as mypets.gift so if you see any adverts for that on social media, please publicise this review page and your experiences to stop them from doing this to more customers.

So far as I can work out, the company is owned by someone called Yiting Lin who runs a variety of similar jewellery websites under names such as “the gift game necklace” “popular necklace” and “name necklace”. All the same sort of stuff - beware of all of them, as this lot are just scammers.

Don't deal with this company unless you want the absolutely worst customer service. I ordered an engraved keychain and they spelled the name wrong. I have the order they verified on line and the name was correct, they just screwed up. When error is obviously the companies fault they should fix anything (especially something as simple fix as this should of been). They have refused to send me a corrected item unless I pay for them to ship it to me. I literally have been fighting with them since November. They ultimately offered me an $8 refund, no idea how they came up with that amount, I finally agreed because I was just tired of their BS. Now 2 months later and I still don't even have that refund, I have only been told to be patient.

My cat died and i was naturally very upset. I saw these advertised on facebook. They looked lovely and a fitting tribute to my cat who was a part of my family for 12 years.
I ordered a ring and sent a good clear photo.
It arrived today after about 2 weeks. I was very upset with the quality. Its a grey blob. Very small and nothing like as advertised. I paid $40 for it and its just not worth it.
I really feel they falsely advertise because they know we love our pets and will pay for a gimmick such as this. I feel its a kick in my teeth quite honestly. Its an insult to be selling such poor items. Its an insult to my cats memory. They ought to be ashamed.
Please dont use them.

My review is similar to many others. This charm is teensy, smaller than a dime. The ad made the charm look much bigger. Also, the low-quality chain would not fit through the bale. When I asked them about the size (on their FB page), they wanted a lot more money, plus shipping, to make it larger. I ended up having another silversmith on Etsy make a frame for this tiny thing and the end result is pretty nice. However, I really just wanted a bigger charm of my dog and not go through all the hassle. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! (Just filed a dispute with my card card company. More people should do the same so they don't keep getting away with this shoddy product).

The most ridiculous company ever. I ordered an etched piece of me and my beloved Dog who passed away on Sept 30 2017. I ordered the pendant in Oct. after waiting weeks for the piece, the etching was so light you couldn’t really see what it was. I emailed and sent a photo of it and they agreed to make another one but I would have to pay shipping $15. I went back and forth with them on this,but finally gave in and agreed to the $15. It has been months and no replacement. I emailed a couple of days ago inquiring. Today I received this response

Really. I already sent the pics months ago and they promised to send a replacement.

In spite of what some people are saying in other comments, we had a very good experience with this company. It did take 5 weeks for the item to be made and shipped from China to Australia, but it turned out simply perfect! My sister got her silver photo pendant and she said, “It’s the most beautiful, beautiful, beautiful gift I have ever received! It’s more than just a pretty necklace, it’s a treasure!” I communicated with this company through both email and Facebook Messenger and I received replies to both, though some communications took longer to get the reply than others and it was clear that English was not their first language. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because my sister had a problem fitting the chain that was provided through the bail on the pendant and she ultimately had to use a different chain. The custom pendant of her pet, however, was stunning, well crafted, and my sister was very emotionally moved at just how much it looked like her beloved dog.

This is actually a zero star company! DO NOT ORDER from mypets.gift. Total scam...placed order and received wrong necklace, not picture that I sent in. Long story short, after weeks of trying to get either the correct necklace or refund, they told me I was wrong and they were right and did not send correct necklace or refund my money.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I never received my order (which I placed two months ago) and cannot for the life of me get in contact with anyone. I'm legitimately surprised to learn that anyone has received even a subpar product from them, since I'm becoming convinced the entire business is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This was a knee-jerk purchase for me, and I immediately felt guilty because I didn't bother to research the company before I made the purchase. My first clue should have been that the website kept rejecting my credit card so I decided to use my debit card - I will admit, this was really stupid of me, I don't recommend doing what I did, but I wanted to share my experience. I read reviews AFTER I received an email warning me of fraudulent activity on my credit card (two charges of approximately double what I thought the product would cost, neither went through the credit card), so I was expecting to lose my money attached to my debit card and never see any product or receive a product that was poor quality or someone else's order. I made the purchase of a necklace and pillow toward the end of November, based on the promise that it would arrive by Christmas. The necklace arrived approximately 2 weeks after Christmas, and it looked like I was expecting it to, so I breathed a sigh of relief. The pillow arrived 2 weeks after that and again looked like I was expecting. Altogether, I'm not sure what the extra charges on the credit card were, but the debit card charges matched what the website told me to expect and the products, while coming a month later than I expected, were what I was expecting them to be. The entire experience was frustrating (for instance, the tracking information was not useful and didn't register my packages until after they had already arrived at their destination) and while I am economically no worse off than when I started, I will never again buy something off an ad on social media.

VERY BAD DO NOT USE PROTECT YOUR SELF GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ordered Dec 9th (which claimed 2 weeks tops) Finally received Jan 30. Very BAD to NO communication Bad service , Once my Pet Printed pillow finally arrived It was wrong , I ordered Double sided Print it was just single sided.( it cost more for both sides) I sent them the invoice which it states BOLDLY Double side. They have just made excuse after excuse. NOT TRUTHFUL COMPANY. Very BAD Business DO NOT USE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, HORRIBLE ( 0 Stars if I could )

Got my necklace, it's NOT an engraving, by the way, even if they have some example images that are higher quality looking. It's more of a holographic etching on metal. You have to hold it up to the light at an angle to get the appearance they have advertised.

On the bright side, it's my pet on a pendant and the fidelity of the image is great.

I received a gift from U purchased by my daughter 4 xmas n I can honestly say it is the most beautiful thing I have ever received as a gift. It is a perfect print of my beautiful bengal boys on a necklace. Im petrified 2 wear it in case I lose it. My boys were with me 13 years n my heart broke wen I lost them both.n this necklace means I have them with me always. Thank U 4 my PERFECT gift.xxx😍🐈🐈

The product is very low quality. I cannot even distinguish the image of my dog unless I hold it under bright light at just the right angle. The engraving on the back was plain block lettering and nothing as nice as the example....it is too small to read.
