Poor Quality & Arrived Damaged
Don't touch these guys!
Ordered 6 large framed canvas pictures 2 Dec, promised gteed delivery 16 Dec in time for Xmas.
4 frames arrived damaged. Packed well, but poor (really poor!) quality of frames meant they had to be re-ordered.
Missed Xmas by a mile, arrived 22 January.
Requested refund which was refused, instead offered a discount on next order.
There won't be a next order!
Slow delivery

Awful quality control.
Then if you raise an issue, they don’t care. They told me, after delivery took ages and I missed the person birthday; that they don’t have to give a refund. As I had been inconvenienced, I asked to return the faulty product at their cost and I requested a refund. This ping pong has been going on 1 month. They take days to reply and they are obnoxious.
Disappointing response
Whilst the pictures were good was really disappointed in the duvet and pillow cases. The pictures themselves were fine however there was a zip issue on the pillow cases and one duvet. Where I was fobbed off by an excuse that the zips were not a fault despite the zipper part clearly having a piece missing off them. Very disappointed in their response will not be buying from them again buyer beware.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Took way too long to receive my order and when I finally did receive it, it wasn’t great quality. In all.. Very disappointing .

I've recently ordered a photo frame and mug. All communication at this point was great, money taken. After few days got message that my order will be delivered. I got the mug but not my picture frame! I've tried and tried to get hold of Mypicture without success. I've left tickets via there website but they have not got back to me , even though there website states 24/7 customer service!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY!!
I ordered a photo album as a present…
I ordered a photo album as a present for a dear friend in February. It was not delivered. I wrote an email and after a month I was offered a reprint. Unfortunately I am still waiting. Every time I contact them, they ask me to wait. But how long for?
There is no telephone number and the emails seem to be a standard copy.
Next time I will chose a local business. Be aware

There is no contact number, no email (the email detailed is just a bot) and no address so you loose your money.

Misleading website address

When it arrived, I had to pay extra charges and then when I opened my order (a photo puzzle) it was in a see through bag-not a box as expected. Honestly, I will not be recommending you.

Item was not as described. It also took longer to ship than what was specified and also longer to be delivered.
Very delayed
The order delivery is stated as 5-6 days however there were multiple delays and the order arrived after over 10 days, when it was already past the special day.
No communication on the delay and we had to chase the delivery agency throughout. Would not go with them again.

Non-EU customers - risk of extra cost - mypicture refunds
Beware of additional costs ordering from outside the EU. I live outside the EU and ordered and paid in my local currency. Mypicture erroneously used Euros as the order and payment currency which means I am being asked to pay another 54% of the purchase price in VAT and Admin fees (I live in a 5% VAT jurisdiction!).
After a couple of days of silence, mypicture has now fully refunded the excessive charges so I can now enjoy the high quality prints - thanks mypicture
Very disappointed!
Very disappointed!! My photo came not symmetric at all. They dont have an option in the app to put the photo exactly in the middle and then they dont fix it from their side!! Its really sad as the quality itself is good but ruined by little disorganizing

Canvas prints
I printed some canvases with mypicture and received them yesterday. The quality of the printing was great and the product was as good as my expectations. I had few delays with the delivery and the customer support was really good. Always answering quickly and providing an update. Overall very positive experience and I am already selecting new photos to print with this company.
