Myplunge Wellness Ltd Avis 

I would advise anyone to avoid this company if considering buying an ice bath. I placed an order at the beginning of April and have not received the item ordered. I have emailed three times and have had no response. Very disappointing

Beware purchasing from this company. Ordered an ice bath a month and a half ago. Sent emails and messages as it hasn’t turned up and been ignored.

Ordering was fine and the information and knowledge given by Cassie was very good. Ice pod arrived promptly but that's where the problems started. Arrived without the thermal lid and the release valve was leaking (of which I had cover with insulation tape). Reported the issue via numerous calls and emails but all ignored. The only reply I got was to state the lid was stuck at customs but on reading the other reviews, this seems to be an excuse to eventually make you give up as there's clearly no desire to resolve any issues once you buy and the item is shipped. I don't normally leave reviews but my advice is to stay clear

Ordered late one Sunday evening, was on my doorstep Tuesday morning. Absolutely thrilled with it. So much bigger than my old ice bath and feels way better quality.

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. Ordered my cold plunge. Received the wrong product. Decided to keep it if they sent me the two covers that were missing. I complained and they sent me a carry bag. Complained again and they shipped one lid. I have still to receive the main cover.

Been waiting months for my tub and no word from the company. False delivery dates given and no response to asking for a refund. Very disappointing

My order arrived 2 months after I purchased it after being advised online it would take 5 days. Each time I chased for an update I was told it would be with me in the next 10 days. After asking for a refund so I could purchase one elsewhere I was told this wasn't possible and that I would just need to wait. Had I been given reasonable timescales upfront I wouldn't have purchased this and felt like I was getting fobbed off on each occasion when I contacted them.

Waited over two months for delivery , Red Sea issues apparently!! Lid was missing in delivery which supplier seemed to know about yet didn’t bother advising.

Took ages for delivery and never replied to one of my emails asking for a refund.

Ordered after Christmas and waited nearly two months for delivery.
No updates or explanation from.company.

The pod itself is fine and as advertised. Not the fault of my plunge but it took delivery took nearly 5 weeks. Arrived without the advertised lid, only the elasticated are cover. However my plunge have said they will send one on when they are restocked.

Only posted out when I tried to reclaim my money back! Waited over a month!

There was a small tear on the seem of the ring at the top of the pool and when I contacted them and sent in a couple
Of pics they sent out a replacement straight away
