Worst customer experience
Worst customer experience, blaming the customer for fault product that twists and rips. They think it’s only meant to last a hear? What a joke. My vacay swim has lasted 3+ years!

Poor quality
The overall quality of the swim suits is bad. For example, the elastic waist band gets twisted extremely easily and the material used is not good quality.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this company at all costs.
The quality of the items was poor and they were confirmed by the company to be faulty. I was initially offered a replacement without needing to return the items. Although I wasn’t happy with that outcome, after a lot of back-and-forth I agreed to proceed with what they offered.
I was then told they would not provide a replacement unless I returned the items — directly contradicting what had already been offered in writing.
Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails.
I tried to warn others on other platforms, but this appears to be the only place you can leave a review, and their comments are turned off on social media — which is a major red flag.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Do not buy from this company. I genuinely wish I hadn’t.

poor quality!! Not worth the price tag!!!
I got a white plunge swim suit and it’s not lined, or even has a gusset, which is extra lining in the knickers area. Puts on show your whole lady bits, the Lycra is very thin and cheap and low quality. It needs to be lined with skin coloured lining or double lined if that fabric is used. Pretty shocked it has no gusset, even cheap bathers from kmart have a gusset with lining! its made with no overlocked seam either. It’s shein quality with a crazy expensive price, even when I got it on sale. Don’t let the good photos and models fool you, this is the worst quality ive seen in years!!

So extremely disappointed
So extremely disappointed! There is actually no point even reaching out to Myra swim either and I’ve come here to do a review as there isn’t an option to do so on the website which now makes a lot of sense. I saved for the Black Friday sale, I really wanted these to be amazing in fit and feel. I purchased the Vaughn one piece the fabric is very stretchy and while the suit does feel like a second skin it is extremely unpractical and rides up into a gstring after sitting down despite it saying medium to full coverage. No chest support whatsoever! My boobs fall out when I bend over and I couldn’t possibly wear the suit around my children. I feel very upset that I can’t return. Huge waste of money! I’m going to try and alter the swimsuit somehow instead.

NOT big natural chest friendly at all.
Communication was a bit delayed and I’d often have to reach on through DM to get their attention. The Yris bottoms are amazing but it seems all the tops they have are not big chest friendly. I’m currently on vacation and my boobs are popping out every second. Had communication been quicker the top I originally wanted wouldn’t have been sold out and I wouldn’t have resorted to the top I got which is the Vera. Customer service is really nice. Alysha was wonderful. Not too happy with my swimsuit top.

I just ordered the latest drop and I swear it shipped the very next day. The fact that I got this in record time from Australia to Miami; I’m truly impressed. always a fan of the quality and chic color palette

Lack of Communication
Communication, or lack there of, is so concerning. Waited nearly 2-weeks to receive my clothing order with nil response to my emails enquiring on an eta. Received my order finally and disappointed in the items and now finding it difficult to get a response to my enquiry about return and refund. Disappointing all round.

Less than great customer service
Don't know what product is like as haven't worn them. They are too big for me and I've contacted this company 3 times via two different formats and am yet to get a response. Rubbish customer service. Would not be surprised if I get nothing back.
EDIT Just saw the below response. Way to take ownership of issues. Just lie about them. Great company.
